Thanks for your effort, I have to say from what I've seen you come accross a lot more responsive than the previous rep, so thanks for that.

However, a lot of the time it doesn't seem like one side of the site knows what the other side is doing. While you pass along feedback about possible Rakeback, it is clear there won't be any.

A few months ago Chico Network, including Betonline, removed all affiliate deals (we got up to 20% Rakeback from our affiliates) to "keep the games healthy", eg. prevent more Regs from joining and to get rid off bad Regs who play mainly for the affiliate Rakeback.

Now, a couple months later, they team up with pokerstrategy.com, a very very big affiliate/pokerschool, which will ultimately bring players to BOL, but none of them will be a pure fish (the players may not be crushers usually, but the average player coming from them will be a "mediocre-bad Reg", which will be bad for both the games overall, and thus will be bad for all players (winning players win less, recreational players will lose faster)) .
This is what I meant about all of this being ironic. But like I said, sadly this hasn't been the only decision no one can understand over the last year or so.

Not sure if I may post links here, but you will find BOL as a partner room on the pokerstrategy.com page where they list their partner rooms.

Also on the pokerstrategy.de (German site) they have even published an article on the "news" page about it. This is due to many Germans probably willing to move to Chico, since all the big sites have large restrictions for Germans since the beginning of the month (rake increase, 4 Tables max, 1K€/month deposit cap), pretty much the only viable options for proper grinding are WPN and Chico now.

Having to opt in to promos every single day is just absurd.

For daily rake races of any sort I completely agree. For the other novel promos leave it as you have to opt-in. It can help marketing know if that particular promo is attracting that new/nonregular player and keeps prizepools isolated to those specifically seeking out the promo.

I hope you do, I quit BoL once affiliates were no longer provided rakeback.

As a US player, Global is a superior option to BoL now that there is no rakeback on either site. This is due to softer and more action games, most likely due to no HUDs.

Getting rid of HUDs would make you more of an attractive option, as a fun player.

Rakeback would make it a closer decision, and absolutely put you ahead of ACR, as I feel the security on your site is better than ACR.

This is such a common misconception
Party banned HUDs a while ago and a lot of people started using illegal ones
GG has HUDs banned and I know first hand there are people who provide HUDs for GG
Banning HUDs wont get rid of them, it will just give an edge to people who are willing to bend the rules

Being USA/Canada only has a much bigger effect than HUDs. How soft would Chico be if all Russian/Ukrainian regs were removed overnight?

While I am extremely hesitant to restrict play from certain countries, eliminating play from Eastern Europe, including all of Russia, would certainly make a difference. Removing just that segment of the Chico player pool would soften up play while eliminating a constant source of bad actors that players have to contend with as well as the security department. I would not restrict it just to USA/Canada.

Global is USA/Canada only. That was the part of the post I quoted I was referring to. He claimed Global was most likely softer due to no HUDs. I think having countries with tougher regs partitioned off is a bigger factor.

I've just joined this network and like the software so far, but is it normal to have so many login or connection issues? Can't get the deposit link to work when going through the desktop client, get an error. cleared my cache after talking to support , even restarted entire machine, and now i can't log in as there is a connection issue. I'm logged into the desktop client, but want to be logged in, or apparently have to be logged in, to the website as well in order to make a deposit.

For some reason I haven't been able to log in to my account, I've been trying to contact customer service by e-mail and live chat, but everytime I do, they just give me the same old response "your request will be forwarded and resolved within 24 hours", it's gonna be a week and still nothing. 0 emails and account still inaccessible.

Funny thing is I can still log in and play from my phone app, but website and desktop app won't let me

Let me start by saying I’m grateful for these random bonuses they give me where I choose a card even though somehow I always choose the $5 dollar game bonus (shocker out of 9 cards I pick the same card 3-3 times lmao) litttle rigged? It still doesn’t even come close to the rakeback at ACR. They are trying to throw a blanket over their garbage rewards system by throwing you a very small bone every now and then. If they are gonna waste their time on these gimmicks then why not just give everyone 15% or even 10% rakeback. It’s not 27% like ACR but at least give some kind of effort besides the inferior choose a card or opt into this joke of a bonus
