Just played 200+ hands at PLO25 and PLO50 with 2 players I've never played with(both names involve food) and they had almost exact same 12/5/0 stats. Never 3 betting over that large a sample seems like solid proof this is either same player or bot. What is best way to go about reporting these players?

Your tears won't help you here. And your manner of communication confirms once again that you did not play fair.

You wouldn't be the first. I've read 2+2 forum posts for many years and I've seen several guilty people come here to proclaim their innocence over that time.

I think you probably misunderstood what I said. I never said I reported you. In fact, I've never reported you. I only report players who I have observed and confirmed are using a seating script myself.

I was simply disputing your statement that any reg would confirm that you were not using a seating script when, in fact, I've spoken to multiple players who believe that you were. Voffkin, from the previous post, is one of those players and I think he probably knows what he's talking about based on my experience speaking with him.

I'd also advise you against wasting the time of the security team by making false reports. They are familiar with who I am since I've been reporting players who I've caught cheating for years now.


I don't play PLO, but statistics from only 200 hands is not a meaningful enough sample to conclude much, certainly not enough to prove botting.

I also highly doubt any bot would be programmed to play that tight these days.

Darkside is a well-known scripter and im happy those reports work. Keep up the good work regs and support, its so annoying playing on chico nowdays 500+

It is a false report about me, i am not scripting on any site.

For example I started a topic a few weeks ago about possible scripters on pokerstars. Yeah i am a scripter who is reporting other scripters....lol


It is a very good thing what are you doing guys against scripters and rta users/bots, but its as bad when you suspecting an innocent player.

Is having accounts at more then one skin (betonline, tiger, sportsbetting) forbidden?

No its not, but lets say you switch skin from Tiger to BOL, you have to empty your Tiger account and request having it closed before playing a hand of poker at BOL

I've heard bad things about tiger, but they support Skrill payments which BOL kicked out. I'll definitely have to think about it before switching.

If by "suspect" you mean report to network security then I completely agree, which is why I don't report players if I'm not confident that they are cheating and it's also why I never personally reported you. I would never want to make life unnecessarily more difficult for a reg who is playing by the rules just because they seem suspicious to me.

If you actually mean suspect then I disagree. I suspect there are several players who might be using a seating script, possibly on a delay, but I don't report them to site security until I'm very confident that they are. I share my suspicions with other Chico regs in our Discord group to get their opinions.

If Voffkin reported you then I'm sure he was confident that you were using a seating script. You'll have to take it up with him or whoever else reported you and network security.

Hi all - hoping for a bit of clarification/guidance regarding a security account review.

I got email a few days ago about an account security review and my account was locked. I replied back, and next day they replied and said my account is now unlocked and in good standing.

I tried to log in and it wouldnt let me... called general support and they said my account is still under review according to their files. According to support there is no way for me to get in touch with gaming integrity team over the phone.

Should I be concerned here? Anything else I can do? General support said they would escalate.

I returned all disabled Windows 10 Pro features including Windows Defender, Updated my Windows, and it worked. Try it. If you use Win 10 Tweaker or same soft - undo and return all changes made too.

Thankfully I got a reply next day from game integrity and my account is now properly unlocked.

I was concerned I would have issues after reading the many bad experiences in this thread regarding accounts being locked.

They told me PioSolver was the culprit--which makes sense, I am running scripts in background most of the time these days.

I asked if Pio could be installed on PC, but remain closed during gameplay, they said that is fine. I was a little surprised to hear that (after reading in the thread of some people being told to remove the program from PC), but that makes my life a lot easier to keep Pio on the PC.

Make sure to save that communication where they told you it's OK.

Also make sure to check that absolutely zero solver processes are running prior to opening up the client and making sure to close down the client before opening Pio or any other solver program.

Like you mentioned, some players have been flagged even while claiming that they were certain Pio was closed down. If it gets flagged again you'll have to remove it from your computer.

I was on BOL and switched to SB without closing account, might of left a few cents in there. Is this going to be a problem for me? Haven't tried to withdraw yet.

Same issues. Logged into the sportsbook to confirm my password was correct and asked support. They said give it 30 minutes the client is down and the technicians are working on it.

It could be. In the past I've heard some people say that they've have issues because of having multiple poker accounts open on multiple Chico Network skins. Just to be safe I would contact the first site you had an account on and let them know that you have opened a poker account on a different site on the same network. If they tell you that you can't have both then inform them that you wish to close your poker account on that site. If they tell you that it's OK to keep both open then make sure to save that communication if you're ever questioned about it in the future.


If you're going to call out other people for being wrong then it's only fair that you would share all of the communications you had with their support regarding this situation, especially the communication from them that says you definitely weren't ever using a seat scripting.

While it's definitely possible that you were flagged by mistake, there's no doubt that seating script use as a whole has been diminished lately due to the security team taking a stronger stance against their use. If you are a non seating script user, as you insist you are, then you should be happy that they're taking action against users of them, even if a few innocent, but suspicious, players are inconvenienced for a few days.
