hi, it's tigergaming restricting uk players? support is telling me that but i know several players who still playing from uk without any issue, also under tigergaming terms and conditions uk is not a restricted country as it is on betonline terms. And what about sports betting?

Is there a way to see how much you won with their different daily rake races?

Issue has been resolved. Mid 4-figure withdrawal was received approx 30 minutes after requested.

I won a satellite ticket into todays Main Event yet it's not registering or giving me the ticket. I contacted support and they said they will get back to me, which sucks because the Main Event starts in a little over an hour from now.

Has anyone else ever had this issue? Usually after a satellite everything usually registers automatically.

That is odd. I thought they made all satellite tickets automatically register you, like you said.

I honestly preferred when all satellites didn't force you to play since sometimes your plans can change. I don't play many MTTs these days though so not a big concern for me.

Have you tried closing and reopening the client? Not sure if that might help, but I think I recall the support team telling me to do that one time when I was missing a ticket and it was there when I logged back in.

If that doesn't work then definitely contact the support team again to see if and when they can credit it to your account.

BetOnline Dan might even be able to help if you send him a message, but I'm not sure if he'll be around the forum today.

I just would like to share my story since Chico and Betonline started to hunt the winning cashgame players. It is started to kick off form the promotions - cash races etc - and followed to cut the private rakeback.

Yesterday during my Betonline session i kicked out from the client and they locked my account. I contacted the support and they told my account is locked because of using seating script. I never used any seat script on chico, and never used in any other room which was opened paralell with chico.

I got an email from the game integrity team I have to record an 1500 hand session and send to them. I told to the support and i confirmed in my reply to the email, i would like to record the session today 8.00 am (CET) so please reopen my account for that time. Now the time is 9.00 am (CET) and my account is still locked so they are just not giving any chance to record to my session. I have already spoken with the support today and the agent told me my account will be reopened today but he can't tell me when.....lol.

My screen name is WinterIsQumming and mostly play NL100-500, so any regular player can confirm I don't use a seating script or any other prohibited software in particular with regard to the lots of mistakes what i have in my game

My only sin is i am a winning player basically and chico started to hunt winning players.

Probably if i will be ever able to record my session for them and it will be prove i don't use and never used seating scripts still they will restrict me 1 table, which happened with other player too who i know.

On the contrary, I've spoken to multiple regs who are certain that you are using a seating script.

I have same problem. I cant re-install client too because "error status code 403". But in my other notebook I have install betonline poker client and everything work good. I dont understand why I have this problem, may be because Windows trouble...
