Have done many withdrawals via betonline over the years. Yesterday I tried to withdrawal and got a error. Today I contacted support and asked what was wrong, support is telling me I cannot cashout the $3000 in my balance because I have 180$ in pending wagers. When I told the support person that was impossible and I had cashed out while having pending bets many times before that, she said " Ill send you a link that states the rules" after waiting for many minutes she came back with no link but told me rules are rules. I then said if rules are rules can you explain to me how I have a pending bet since OCT 2nd 2020, yet I was able to cashout on Jan 6th 2021.... I heard no response and again rules are rules LOL. When I asked for proof of these rules, all she told me again is Rules are Rules lol.

How do you opt in to cash game rake races via the mobile app? I'm not even seeing them show up at all in the contests tab.

Upper-left hand corner of the mobile app, select the three horizontal lines. Then select contests from the pop-up window. Then you should see what's available to you and you select Opt In on which ones you wanna join.

If you don't see anything in contests, I'd contact customer service and see what the deal is.

Thanks for the response. That’s what I had tried, but it simply says “there are no active contests”. I emailed support 12 hours ago, but haven’t heard yet. Hopefully support or someone from BetOnline in this thread can come thru.

issue was revolved was just talking with someone at support who had no clue what they were talking about.

I got the message about my account being locked with the TOC section about software highlighted along with a warning about my balance being taken in their email to me. I use H2N (just started using this on BetOnline) and PT4. H2N has a feature that changes stats based on the current hand, but I don't use that at all. I had a few solver programs downloaded which I have now deleted. I downloaded the solvers, looked at them for 5 minutes and never opened them again. It's something I want to start getting into but have not yet. I don't use any table organization software anymore either.

I don't know exactly what it was that triggered this. After a few emails with support explaining what I use they opened my account back up. The email seemed to come right after I started using H2N, but solvers seem like a more likely security trigger based on everything I've read. Support didn't respond about what exactly the problem was.

Can solvers be used for study (of course while not playing only-not that they would be useable while playing)? Can H2N be used?
