I won the Bad Beat on 2/2/2021 and to date have not been paid or notified. There was no pause after the hand and no animation at all. The hand for reference was #716634975. I think I’m entitled to $48,718.47 by my calculations. I have been having an extremely hard time getting support to even understand what I’m saying and write a response that even makes sense. I just want an explanation and timeline on getting my payout.

You didn't win the BBJ. Which is why you weren't paid out. You need 77. Otherwise the board can run out QQQQ5 and you think you should be paid out because you lost with Four of a Kind w/ King High vs Four of a Kind w/Ace high? That's not how BBJ works.

He did qualify based on the previous Terms & Conditions that would have been present on the site at the time this hand would have occurred. Only within the last 24 hours did they add the requirement that you must have a pocket pair when you have 4 of a kind.



Your example wouldn't have qualified for the bad beat jackpot since both hole cards would not have been used by both players.

You can't really use what other sites have done historically to disqualify this player. The only thing that matters is the specific terms and conditions of whichever site has the promotion since some sites have different rules for the qualifying hands of their bad beat jackpot promotions. In this instance, not having the requirement in the terms and conditions that says you can't use your 2nd hole card as the kicker when you have quads, at the time the hand occurred, entitles this player to the bad beat jackpot share.

They obviously still need to improve in a lot of areas, but it's not all bad. They reversed the preflop rake and they sent out refunds for it today. They've also been improving game security in the past few months and sending out compensation to players when they have been affected. They even paid out a bad beat jackpot a few months ago when the client froze on a player who would have qualified for it by paying the shares out of their own pockets while leaving the bad beat jackpot intact.

I'm not trying to give them a pass on their missteps. I'm just trying to give a fair and objective assessment of what I see.

I do think they still should award the payout shares to these players who qualified for these bad beat jackpots based on the terms & conditions before the T&Cs were changed.

I think they should also make sure to compensate all of the players who were recently affected by network-wide disconnections in tournaments and remedy the client so that tournaments can be paused if/when it happens again in the future and have a better system in place to automatically compensate affected players when tournaments can't be paused and resumed within a reasonable amount of time.

Hello, I'm new to BetOnline and 2+2 but I was wondering why my posts from last night were deleted about hitting the bad beat and not being paid out. Did I say or do something wrong? I was just coming here for help and I feel like I'm just getting censored and ignored. I just want answers to why I got screwed out of the Bad Beat Jackpot on 2/2 when I was playing a 1/2 cash game and lost with quad7s with a king kicker vs a straight flush when all cards played. I met the requirements but didn't get the jackpot. Hand reference is 716634975. Can a BetOnline rep please help me check into this? Support doesn't even understand and thinks I was in a tourney. I'll be willing to share some of the jackpot for real help with this.

It seems the site intended to only pay out the bad beat jackpot if someone had a pair in their hand and that is the way the software was programmed but the terms and conditions contradicted itself and stated only that all cards had to play and said nothing about having a pocket pair in your hand on 2/2/2021 at approximately 11:41 PM, hand reference 716634975 Qaud 7s with a King lost to straight flush with 65hs. Are you shilling? Dudes posting multiple times because emailing support is absolutely pointless. Everyone should be aware of the site's shadiness. The bet online rep's here wont reply to pm's, instead they say to pm them and then weeks go by and nothing. They fix no issues they are not helpful in any such way and the only way to get help is through reaching out to rep's on twitter.

So I am really curious on the "good" they've done. I see no reason for bol to be apart of 2+2 if they wont help customers. Well, you would have to be willing to look at everything and not just tunnel vision complaining.

There was a bot farm exposed 8 or 9 months ago. I sent them a list of all the bots with proof. 100% of them gone quickly.

A player had disconnected in the middle of bbjp hand. He was denied the hand. Discussions took place with mgmt and they ended up awarding it and out of pocket, 300K I believe.

They send out money in a flash. The new head of game Integrity came from PS G.I. Mgmt addition from PP, new TD that has done a lot to clean and tighten up the schedule.

Basically, if you purpose is not to just complain, the improvements are vast and easy to see. Are they perfect? Of course not, the VIP points disappearing is completely terrible. Players entrusted that they were real and accumulated them. They got shafted. CS, well every site sucks. PS is also terrible. The MTT schedule will continue to improve, have had lots of talks with Dan about that.

They added a lot of new and good pieces. Things do not change overnight. Anyone that is fair can compliment the positives and point out the negatives. Shills are all positive and whiners are all negative. Neither have much value or purpose.

Im on a few different casinos and Betonline_AG is the worst casino Ive ever played.
1. the casino games all feel old and act old! Most of them are digital very few live games. Several times the games wont load and many of them when they do load they do not fit properly into the screen. Seriously!!
2. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! I talked with them on the phone 4 times and 3 times in live chat support. The 3rd phone call was to find out why none of the casino games were loading. The lady asked me for account details by the time I got them for her she just wouldnt answer me. Yet she didnt hang up it was like she had me on mute. I sat there for 5 minutes and kept saying hello. The 4th phone call was to get my remaining balance withdrawn to my Ewallet. That was horrible experience! One live chat They just wouldnt respond to me about my questions. I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for them to respond. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The final call was to get my remaining balance to my Ewallet. I told them to take there free credits back because a rule of you cant have them and withdraw. She takes them back and then tells me because I made a deposit within last 7 days they cant withdraw to me.
3. Winners names do not scroll in a pane window. I didnt realize how big of a deal that was till I played a casino that doesnt have that. It makes the casino seem deserted.
4. THE CASINO IS DESERTED!!!!!! When at the live black jack, Roullete, Poker, and other LIVE games HARDLY ANYONE WAS IN THEM!! Not kidding! I began to think thats why they dont have a scrolling list of winners is because there is hardly anyone playing at betonline_AG
5. There is no option to secure your account! There is no 2-factor authentication to secure your account. There is no options AT ALL! In this day and age with all the online theft its almost mandatory. Worst casino ever!
6. There is more but its nit picky I usually dont nit pick but this casino deserves. How its in operation at this point IM NOT SURE
