playing tournaments and I got disconnected and 20 minutes later I am still unable to reconnect to server. Internet is fine. Am I the only one? Can I expect to get refunds in the games I was in? Thank you
edit; I see Im not the only one. Lame for it to happen on a sunday

I was only blocked from my table when I closed software, I didn't like playing when I didnt know ho many players left but it was workign so the guys who never logged out might still be going.

Me too. Needed to see the payouts so I restarted the software. Called cust support and they said they are aware and are on it just FYI. Good luck to us all.

Edit: Back up for me, final table I was 1/8 in when I disconnected is over. I was blinded out and took third. Good times.

they should just cancel the tournaments since 11:30pm gmt, refund buyins. reentries. rebuys and addons on those not itm and icm chop those itm That's the only fair thing to do.

Unfortunately they haven't been on 2+2 in over a week, so I would be highly surprised if any of the issues from today are addressed.

I think TD was out of office the past week. Not 100%, I know there was some travel at least the beginning of the week.
