$1000 top 10 NL Players
$500 top 10 PLO
$250 top 10 SNG players
$150 yop 10 Boost players

Everybody is awarded points by rake. so 1 dollar in rake is 1 point.

I am hoping there will be some for windfalls too today but not 100% as of yet.

Can anyone provide the payouts for say the top 3 of the Sunday $109-150k and the $11-15k gtn majors on sunday?

Just trying to figure out if they are worth playing. Do they pay too many people (like 15-20% of field min cashes) with 1st not being rewarded properly for winning a tournament?

Hey, sounds good, and I have seen slight increase in SNG traffic. However, I can not see any of these races. All that is shown in my Missions is a "PLO1000" Race. Where can I see the races mentioned?

Hello BOL rep, I had installed the program on my computer, worked great for a week, installed HUD and a day later your program stopped working because my computer is
"slow" (your software's words). CS reps advised to clear cache/cookies,etc and nothing will relaunch/reinstall the software. Maybe you will have insight? The web application is useable but prefer the software and the HUD.

Does anyone else have problems using any software along with a Chico site (Sportsbetting.ag in my case)? Neither Jurojin, nor Stack&Tile, nor Pokertracker do recognize any of my opened Chico tables anymore. They worked before. All other sites work as well, besides Sportsbetting.

Are ppl at PLO cash using? There is a certain player whom I’m missing some hands (I record my sessions and could not find several big hands I played with this dude)

Personally, I hate that these days ppl have like 20 programs running to play poker, but if you want to be competitive you have to go with it.

I’m coming from a site with no huds so it’d be pretty interesting to release this software and make ppl use their brains again.

So at the end of October I used my credit card to put $2500 on BetOnline. Transaction went fine. I put that money on Biden winning the election. No problem. I continued to receive emails for weeks from BOL telling me to be patient with this wager, I was. When I heard that BOL had finally graded the election for Biden I went on there to see the money in my account, but instead I saw that my wager was DELETED on Dec 11 and the funds sent back to my credit card. WTF. Almost five 6 weeks after the election and just days before they finally settled the bet.

I called BetOnline and for days they couldn't tell me anything other than the case has been escalated to management. Today I finally found out their decision, that it's not possible to pay out because my wager was terminated. No ****! So WHY was it deleted? They can't tell me any reason why it was deleted besides that it was a decision made by their security team, and they can't give any details because of security reasons. I also can't talk to any higher ups in management or in security. At no point did they ask to verify any information, inform me of any problems with my bet or credit card, they just silently deleted my bet that was 99% decided. It's a credit card I use all the time, had for years, has no holds on it, etc. I checked with Capital One and they had no issues with the transaction on their end. I'm just absolutely dumbfounded.

I've never seen anything like this.

Please be wary when using BetOnline. I guess their security team can just delete pending wagers if they want to and not give any explanations.

Sounds like BS to me. If they can just "delete" your bet, especially after the election is already basically over, they can freeroll anyone on any bet.

Occasionally third parties can help resolve disputes when online casinos/sportsbooks treat players unfairly. Try filing a complaint with SBR?

Yea it looks just like a massive freeroll for them to be able to do this. Meanwhile keeping me completely in the dark.

Yea, the supervisor I was talking to said that the management/security team doesn't have a phone number, so there's no way I can contact them. He had no answers as to why or how the higher ups decided to delete the bet, only reiterating that there's no way to get paid on a deleted bet.

Don't know a ton about them but in my limited experience it seems many BOL issues stem from negligence rather than malice. I had an issue there for the Mayweather fight which seemed hopeless and after angry tweets people pointed me in Dave's direction who quickly resolved the issue. Since that time I've seen him resolve several other issues

File complaint on Sportbook review (SBR). They have an area/tab to file complaint. Betonline have an A+ rating on SBR, they don't want to lose that.

They do a great job a resolving issues.

I also agree with the other posters about contacting Dave Mason on Twitter. I've seen him get a lot of sportsbook issues resolved for BetOnline customers over the years.

I'm having issues again logging into my account. It seems like this a monthly occurrence. When I logged into the poker client I got a message saying my account was temporarily banned. I called customer support who mentioned that my account isn't banned and I should be able to login. I was unable to login to the .ag site and was also unable to make a new password. I've emailed customer support and the customer service rep mentioned he'd put in something for IT. Anyone else had this issue before? What could this be?

This has happened to me before on a $300 bet. Was randomly removed a few days before I would have won. I'm guessing this is standard shady business practice.

How long have you been a customer here? How many times did you contact them about this bet before it was deleted?

If security canceled your bet, it might be for suspicious fraudulent reasons.
