Tips to help answer common questions when you first use our client.

It could be difficulties finding and understanding table settings, understanding promotions or where to find different style of games and how to play.

Anything that you feel will be useful for players to know when using BetOnline

Kind of odd that you ask for feedback, get solid feedback from multiple people, then don't acknowledge the feedback because it describes how crappy the CS is. Just my two cents.

Hi JMicLett,

Im sorry you felt that way, it was not my intention. I have personally been working with customer service to improve poker related queries and try and help improve communication.
I have always used the feedback from you guys, I send reports(comments from you guys) and information on a regular basis to CS and all other departments.
An example is like chip stacks/BB's based on feedback from 2+2 BetOnline players. That is in the upcoming maintenance scheduled for Monday 9th November 5am-7am ET

Whenever anybody has an issue, I encourage you to send me a private message and I will try and fix the situation if other methods have failed.

Kind Regards

Hi all,

Monday 9th November Downtime for Maintenance.

From 5am ET until 7am ET

There will be a maintenance window to release some new features.
Tourneys scheduled during that time frame will be cancelled.
A pop up will display in the poker lobby prior to the downtime.

I think some of you will really like the new features.

Kind regards
Mike

Is there a way to make 100 big blind minimum tables? I play a lot of .50/1 and there's a ton of players that buy in for $40. It kinda makes the game play weird with so many shallow stacks. It really kinda ruins the game.

With the multitude of blind levels, those players that want to buy in for $40, can play .25/.50 if they don't want to risk more than that.

Given that there was no way to forsee this and noone informed us in advance I think it is really unfair that people who play on Tigergaming are not allowed to switch skins.
I payed over 100k$ in rake on this site this year alone, I do not table select and always start games. I do my best to supply the network with a lot of information to help them fighting bots and other accounts who breach TOS and I built a community around the network on Discord. I don't see how it makes sense to punish me just because I was unfortunate to having picked the wrong skin while signing up a while ago.
I would like to continue to play on the site, but it feels more and more like a negative freeroll. And dabbling in MTTs would make even less sense, given that it would ages to take the money off.
Also they got rid of Skill, while it is still an option on BetOnline. Again, no warning in advance and no possability to switch.

tl;dr Tigergaming limits still at 3k because of "covid" and players arent allowed to switch.
And if you haven't signed up on the network already and are planning to, don't do it on Tigergaming

Hard to believe that there is nobody who can make a switch possible.
Seems more that "somebody" doesn't want to make the switch possible.

Maybe some sites don't want the bots and TOS breakers to be found

Love the fact you added $ to BB. Thank you! What other new features were added?

Thanks

Hi Jordan,

I think you will see on the Betonline forum, multiple comments showing that we are actively stopping accounts that have broken our fair play rules. We have successfully been reimbursing players and have done for a while now.

Since we increased the poker security team with new members and with the help of many of our 2+2 users, we have made huge strides in this department.

I am more than happy to receive criticism where I believe it may be warranted.
I don't agree that it is warranted in this case.
Betonline is not perfect and thats why I always ask you guys to send me information on accounts suspected of anything suspicious.
Which many of you do and continue to do so, which we are grateful for.

Kind regards

Mike

If that is the case why do you not let a guy who helped a lot catching bots and RTA users switch to a skin that actually let him cash out his money?

you can now convert stack size to BB.

But tables don't pop up or alert you if you're on the waitlist and its your turn to buy in.

Dear Poster! And other reporting players!

I am NicknAAme on Chico network. I would like to reflect on the unfair attack agains me.
I understand your concerns about scripting and I agree that it ruins the game experience, that is why I would like to draw attention, that:

1. I NEVER USED SEATING SCRIPT PROGRAM ON CHICO NETWORK.
2. I find it very annoying and unfair, that you or other players make reports without any strong assumtion, that somebody uses script.
3. If I click on a table fast, that does not mean, that I am a scripter.
4. If you check my play on Chico network, I also play 3 handed games. Not as much as for example bloodwolf does, but I play.

Thank for your understanding, and please be fair about not reporting somebody (like me), who is not using script.

GL at the tables!
Best wishes,

NicknAAme

Let me start off by saying I consider NINzent, also known as bloodwolf at the tables, to be a buddy of mine, so my support for him is a bit biased.

Back in March when the Corona Virus started to affect a lot of the world and haulted the sports world this network chose to limit withdrawals to $3k once a week on each of its 3 sites. Those 3 sites being BetOnline, SportsBetting and TigerGaming. This policy change was a bit concerning for anybody who had much larger balances. Those concerns were somewhat alleviated when we were assured by network representatives that this was a temporary change and the fact that withdrawals were being received within an incredibly quick timeframe.

By June the withdrawal limits for BetOnline and SportsBetting players started to rise and have continued to rise to higher limits since then while TigerGaming players have been stuck at the same $3k once a week limit since March.

Some TigerGaming players, like NINzent, continued to play there during this time period expecting that the limits would be raised there as well. For whatever reason, they have not been raised yet after 8 months. This has led many of the TigerGaming regs to want to switch over to the other sites on the network.

As others have stated, NINzent has been a huge help to all of the players when it comes improving the game integrity of the network by identifying and reporting dozens of cheaters. He also created a Discord community of Chico regs which was initially and primarily created for legit regs to discuss game integrity issues taking place on this network.

NINzent has paid in excess of 100k in rake at these tables over the last year. The fact that they're unwilling to make an exception for such a stand-up and genuinely good person, who has paid an incredible amount of rake to them, by allowing him to cash out his balance or allowing him to transfer his balance over to a different site on this network, is incredibly unfair, especially considering the withdrawal limits haven't been raised at TigerGaming in 8 months.

As I always tell new players, never put or leave any amount of money on any unregulated gambling site that would cause you any anguish if it was lost or taken. Due the withdrawal limits on TigerGaming and the bankroll needed to play higher stakes this makes playing those stakes on that particular site a riskier proposition than it should be.

As others have stated, if you play high stakes or plan to play the MTTs with $xx,xxx+ payouts then you should avoid playing on TigerGaming until they're willing to raise their withdrawal limits since there's a possibility that you would not be able to get your entire balance off of the site in a reasonable timeframe.

I will also add that Rahm93 is in a similar situation to NINzent and has also been a very solid contributor in our Discord group with helping identify any game integrity issues taking place on this network. An exception should certainly be made in his case too. I'm sure there are also others out there in a similar situation and deserving of an exception being made for them as well.

Please seriously consider either raising the limits for these players or allowing them to transfer their balance to a different site on the network.

Are you able to get back in? They are just investigating the issue but please post when you can get back in. I think its a tiny % of players with the issue

Mike/Dan/BOL -

bloodwolf has been the single best reg for the chico player pool, I would say at the very least it would be a show of good faith to at least let him switch skins and withdraw.

- He's by far the most active high stakes reg when it comes to the surveillance of potential cheaters on the site
- he's super helpful to all the new players in the discord thread, taking time to answer any questions
- always starts games, plays anyone shorthanded, & I'm sure he has raked more in recent years than any other single player

I would say that he's the #1 most loyal player to your site, he's stayed there regardless of what choices you all have made, always raking large amounts.

It's bad for the community if he isn't allowed to withdraw or can't play there because of that reason. I would think that on a basic level you guys would realize it's a bad business decision and let him switch skins.

Hi all, I understand and respect your comments.
They have all been shown to the necessary people.
I personally agree with a lot of what you guys are saying.
I would like to point out that fairness amongst all players is a key emphasis of BetOnline. It is not one rule for ye and not for thee.

I am hoping that at some point when things go back to normal, TG increases their limits so that all our players can withdraw the money that they wish whenever they want.

Kind regards

Mike

It wont cost anything for "necessary people" to make that transfer, im sure u have an option just to transfer balance from skin 1 to skin 2 inside ur platform, even if u cant i think NINzent will agree to pay all commissions what u have to pay skrill or whatever he chooses for his cashout.

Not for me. Which antivirus program of yours is detecting it?

Are you talking about when you open the client on your desktop or when you try to download the client file from the website?
