BOL Mike,

Is there any chance we can get that BB option for stacks and bet amounts. The Main even level 1 blinds are now 350/700 with 100K stacks which in my opinion is the Stupidest starting stack and and blind sizes I have ever seen for a level 1. If we can just make everything into Big Blinds as an option it wouldn't matter.

ACR has something like this that is nice and simple, just click your stack size and it toggles the tables stack displays between BB and $. Doesn't seem it would be super hard to implement.

Are you guys using HH converters and real time tracking?
I've been playing here for 4 years, and was using these tools. I've got an email about a month ago that using any 3rd party software (HH converters included) is prohibited and if I use them I can be banned and my funds can be confiscated. I also needed to send the security team proof of ID once again, and to agree the new T&C--s in email.

So I stopped using them but really not convinced that all the regs have done the same, and really don't want to be in a disadvantage because of this.

Oh really, this is strange.
I asked BOL Mike in a PM about converter + pokertracker 4. And he told me it was fine i will copy+paste his response so i dont say anything wrong.

So i told live chat a few days ago that i am using a converter + pokertracker 4 and they told me would make a note of that on my account. I had no issues.

Hmm after re-reading this. Maybe it is not the converter that is the problem but the program you use for real time tracking. What program were you using?

I am using HM3. I was using a seating script earlier but not using that since more then half a year. I will ask the support specifically about hm3 and will see.

I can't say 100% for sure, but I think the most likely reason was due to your previous use of a seating script, even if it's been a while since you used one as you claim.

I haven't heard of any other players getting contacted by security specifically for HUD use. The software they seem to want to discourage the most are bots, live solvers and seating scripts. Some players have even claimed that just having a solver on their computer has lead to their account being flagged. Other players have said that they've had no issues if they make sure that no processes from their solver are running while playing.

I applaud them for getting tough on those particular types of software. Personally, I'd prefer if the client would just snap close if prohibited software processes were detected, like solvers and seating scripts, but I'm not sure how easy that is to code in. Hopefully that's something they look into implementing in the future.

FWIW, my account is currently locked pending review for exactly this, solvers never open while playing. I agree that it is good they're being tough on this, though.

So, I was not contacted specifically about HUD use. My account got locked and after 2-3 emails with them they asked me to verify myself once again and then agree in email to the new T&C where they stated that the usage of 3rd party software (including HH converters) is not permitted.

They never said a word about HM3 or PT4.

I'll try to contact them once again and will see what's gonna happen

Unfortunately I've heard the same from others. I think it's an overly strict rule that it can't even be installed. I'm not sure why they can't tell the difference between when it's running concurrently with the client or why they can't just make the client snap close upon detection of the solver program running. Until they're able to implement those changes players that get flagged will just have to remove solvers from their playing computer.

As far as I'm aware HM2/3 and PT4 still require a hand converter to function on this network.

I'm not even sure why a hand converter specifically would be an issue. All it does is allow you to use a HUD on a network that HM2/3 and PT4 don't have native support for. It almost seems arbitrary like that list that they put out a while back stated use of timing randomizers and even their own free HUD was prohibited.

I think that email from another mike sums it up.
Except we have a new poker security team, with fantastic knowledge and have helped clean the site up since then.

I have asked for a definitive list, and I believe it will come eventually, once they have sorted the parameters they want in order to keep BOL secure.

I called customer service about this , they said they would email me back . No such email ever came to me. I can't really see that $147 was first prize . My screen shot had it at $ 341.47. please address this.

A little background: Tigergaming is a skin that is part of the Chico network (like BetOnline and Sportsbetting).
During March Tigergaming also lowered their cashout limits to 3k, just like SB and BOL. However while SB and BOL raised them shortly after again, Tigergaming did not. They are still at 3k.
Given that there was no way to forsee this and noone informed us in advance I think it is really unfair that people who play on Tigergaming are not allowed to switch skins.
I payed over 100k$ in rake on this site this year alone, I do not table select and always start games. I do my best to supply the network with a lot of information to help them fighting bots and other accounts who breach TOS and I built a community around the network on Discord. I don't see how it makes sense to punish me just because I was unfortunate to having picked the wrong skin while signing up a while ago.
I would like to continue to play on the site, but it feels more and more like a negative freeroll. And dabbling in MTTs would make even less sense, given that it would ages to take the money off.
Also they got rid of Skill, while it is still an option on BetOnline. Again, no warning in advance and no possability to switch.

tl;dr Tigergaming limits still at 3k because of "covid" and players arent allowed to switch.
And if you haven't signed up on the network already and are planning to, don't do it on Tigergaming

I also play on the Tigergaming skin and have had a lot of problems sorting it out.

For 6 months I tried to get them to update my address so I could cash out, going through their support / documents emails as well as customer support. Kept getting the constant walk around and they kept telling me to send documents to e-mails that did not exist. I was worried about their liquidity as I had 6 figures stuck on the site towards the end of this period and they were the only skin, for some odd reason, not raising their cash out limits.

I was lucky enough to get in contact (via some other 2+2ers) with some more senior management and had the problem solved in 15 minutes as soon as I did not have to deal with their utterly useless customer service reps.

3k a week for 100k+ balance will obviously take some time, and as I am a winner in these games, as long as I keep playing the chances are I will not be able to cash out enough to have a net negative trend on my balance. I see 0 reason why the Tigergaming skin should have different rules to every other one. My intention has always been to switch skins but I cannot close my account while it has a balance and I do not want to break their terms of service.

tl;dr

Never ever ever ever ever even go close to the tigergaming skin.

Same.

There is 0 reason why limits have not been raised other than this being a liquidity issue for the Tigergaming skin. It seems very likely that they are financially separated from BOL and SB.
