Unfortunately I've heard the same from others. I think it's an overly strict rule that it can't even be installed. I'm not sure why they can't tell the difference between when it's running concurrently with the client or why they can't just make the client snap close upon detection of the solver program running. Until they're able to implement those changes players that get flagged will just have to remove solvers from their playing computer.

They never said a word about HM3 or PT4.
I'll try to contact them once again and will see what's gonna happen
As far as I'm aware HM2/3 and PT4 still require a hand converter to function on this network.
I'm not even sure why a hand converter specifically would be an issue. All it does is allow you to use a HUD on a network that HM2/3 and PT4 don't have native support for. It almost seems arbitrary like that list that they put out a while back stated use of timing randomizers and even their own free HUD was prohibited.

The email below came from them to another player about a year and a half ago.

Good day,
Thank you for your time.
This is Mike from Financial Services, I hope this email finds you well.
We thank you for the information provided on the potential BOT players as we do not permit them on the Network. We are in the process of the investigation.
Please be advised that as long as you do not make use of any BOT, AI, GTO or Seating Script software your account will have no issues with the Chico Network. Software like Hold’em manager is allowed
We hope that you find this information useful. We look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Best Regards,
Mike .

The bolded software in the first sentence is the stuff that I would definitely recommend to avoid using to avoid having any issues.
