100% Agree. I've reached out to their support about this issue and the only answer I get is that these are the limits because of the ongoing pandemic and to not overflood the systems with cashout requests.

If that is true why is it 100k max withdrawal on betonline and 3k on tiger? It's basically the same team/company. Makes no sense.

I know players with comfortably higher than 6 figures on the skin. Chico is losing money by not allowing them to either move the account to another skin or raise the withdrawal limits.

I can only conclude that the skin is owned by by someone other than Chico insiders.

Any word on when the partial rake race challenges will be paid out? I know of one person who already got paid (he was in one that appears was not affected by the erroneous payouts).

I know your site has been dealing with a lot since Friday and understand it may take some time. I just know that others I talked to who were affected by the erroneous payouts have not been paid out their far share of their rake races.

Some type of timeframe would be much appreciated.

I believe part of the issue was to do with reconfiguring the leaderboards. I have been told that everybody is working really hard to rectify the situation.

I know it is frustrating but after 20 years in the gaming industry with a stellar reputation, please do not worry as we will get this sorted and normal service will resume.

Hello Mike, I was number 1 on the leaderboard in the 5000 Immortal race. first prize was at the time of the shut down was $ 341.47. I was paid today $143.00. I have screen shots if you need to request them. Hopefully you can see it and make the adjustments in the payouts.

I was in the same race as shipit715. He was 1st place, I was 6th (I'm abracadabrab on BoL).

The challenge erroneously paid out $450,000 at $2,500 a pop. That's 180 players. Take the original $5,000 and divide by 180 equals $27.77 per player (that's if it was a flat amount for everyone, it also equals roughly .5555% of total prizepool per player for an even payout)

I got $51 for 6th place. That is 1.02% of the prize pool. For 6th place, you're telling me I only get 1.02% of the prizepool?? Even if they calculated it for $2,500 total instead of $5,000, that'd only be 2.04% of the prizepool.

Something is not adding up Mike.

Hi, I used to play as lagasbg in Betonline, I barely played there since the pandemic started, I probably played up to 5k hands these last 6-7 months there I would assume, I got locked around a month and half ago and sent all the documents the support requested, they never stated a reason for locking my account or whatever, I didnt do anything wrong or against the rules, meanwhile this happened I sent 50k to their btc adress by mistake, I instantly called them on phone and they said they would send the money back, even tho they threated this as a deposit and discounted a % from my affiliate, after that I talked 2 times on phone with support and they said they would send my money back and all would be good a few weeks ago already, Im still waiting to this day to get an answer from support, I also have around 10k on my poker account there. Any help would be appreciated please

So after not getting any help from Chico support / financial team I decided to finally let you guys see what is going on behind the scenes :

First of all I don't want to mention my real username here(I can msg Mike if he can help me with my case/or if he wants to) but I can confirm I've been a winning regular for more than a year on chico network , and won quite some money.



So before 4 months , June 30th they close my account and have not contacted me almost 3 months, Anyway I spoke via live chat 4 times , they told me each time to wait a bit more and I will be contacted within 24 hours with information regarding my account , of course this didnt happen single time


as you can see I sent them quite some emails , and I received only 1 real - they told me to wait a bite more ( I had to wait arround 20 days after this email) and 1 more email which was further explained as "mistake by us , just don't take it into account " - it was blank email with nothing in it basically.
So anyway , finally I receive this email:



The conclusions you can make out of it should be pretty simple:
1. They close my account forever and I am not allowed/welcomed again to play at their site
2. They will pay me out my money (remaining balance at time of closing my account)

So basically they are telling me : well hey buddy you really did nothing wrong , since we are giving you back your money (no fraud/break of Terms and conditions was found so we could confiscate your money) . Yes i was really frustrated after this move by them but cheer up myself as say at least i am getting my money back since I know i did nothing wrong. Ok but this doesnt stop here of course :

In the short voice conversation I waited around some time to get an representative on the phone , after confirming my account number and looking into my case , I was assured that I will get payed within short time frame.

Famous paragraph 22 , "you can request your payout manually by logging into your account , oh wait we closed your account and you won't be able to log in anytime forever "


So for summary basically today is 23.10.2020 and I am still not paid. My account was closed on 30th June apparently for no reason at all , so you guys still thinking about playing to win at Betonline or any other skins operated by them ? Think twice and be smart ! I am never returning to them again.

What is the reason for not disclosing your nickname?

If you've done nothing wrong then the regs in your games can help come to your defense by confirming that there was nothing suspicious about you and strengthen your argument that they're just giving winning regs a hard time.

I have no idea who those players are and it's possible that your assertions are true, but I would recommend including evidence, like hand histories and data, when you're accusing players of rule violations if you want people to take you seriously.

Is the Sunday 150K no longer being offered? I don't see it in the lobby for tomorrow? It was one of the major highlights of the site as it we pretty soft for a 150K due to all the satellites and prize pool.
