You should start to be allowed to access the client now. The sites may still be down.

The rake races and promos will be partially paid to players who participated.

We will be running a temporary tournament schedule, fast paced structures running every 15 minutes with various buy ins until services are fully restored.

Did you seriously cut rake leaderboard prizes IN HALF because your servers were down for 2 days? Thats absolute bullshit.

bol has been redlining their software/hardware capabilities for years with no upgrades, hence bad things happen, prizes get cut, leaderboards get slashed, but you'll still be there tommorrow, complaining but playing

Yeah I agree. They should've kept them at the levels of payouts they were at and had the standings locked in from where they were at the time the servers went down.

I was second in the $5,000 and now they're cutting them all in half. Not cool at all.

Just a heads up, if you log in and your balance is $1 and it says "you're forbidden to play" when clicking on a table, it's bc they locked all accounts where [I]they[I] erroneously credited the wrong amount from the rake races.

I chatted w support bc mine is locked. All they could tell me is the account is under review and I will be emailed once I can play again.

It'd be nice if you could give us a timeframe for when these reviews will be completed and when people can start playing again. I can't even log into my account at all anymore and the CS rep gave me no indication on when this would be resolved.

There are going to be many upset players. Upset because they can't play because of a mistake on your guy's end. Some communication would be highly appreciated.

when are the guaranteed tournaments coming back, i thought they were going to be back today

I am doing this topic to draw attention to what is happening at Tigergaming regarding the different treatment and the lack of support from the network to the players who play in it, in comparison to BOL or SB.

Regarding the withdrawal limits, they remain at 3k per week unchanged since March, just ridiculous. I need 15 weeks to get all my money out. After this cyber attack on the network I would hope that Chico can at least see the risk to which his players were exposed, I wouldn't mind losing 7k or 8k(which is enough roll to play the games i play) if this had gone wrong, but surely I would be ****ed for life if I lost 5x that amount because someone is operating in bad faith and doesn't let me cashout the money I earned at the tables. Obviously I have already spoken to the support several times, the answer is always that they will pass on those concerns, the feedback must be going to the trashcan because everything stands the same.

At this point I just ask,eitheir raise those withdrawals so I (and I assume others) can cashout and register in BOL, or just transfer our accounts to BOL and close this forgotten skin who no one cares about .

Ps: I do appreciate the fast cashouts with btc, that's the only good thing i can say for now that you don't see anywhere.
