Been years since I've played online, for all intents and purposes it's been since Black Friday. Found myself having the itch for a few months now, so over the last couple of days I finally zeroed in on BetOnline as my choice for playing from within the US.

Made my first deposit this afternoon. Horribly laggy for the entirety of the 15 minutes I could tolerate, which also included two full blown disconnects while involved in a hand. Went off to do something else for a few hours. Can't even "enjoy" some laggy poker now, seeing as how I'm unable to login at all (login timeouts and/or login crashes).

Possibly the quickest case of buyer's remorse I've experienced in recent memory.

Unlucky man. This site has been great for a couple years now for me. This usually doesn't happen.

Their support, BetOnline Mike, literally posted about 5 posts before you.

Exactly. This is a rare occurrence in my experience. I've been playing here for the last few years and can count on one hand how many times something like this has happened. Hopefully it's remedied ASAP.

It is pretty easy to do auto-detect in a few seconds when outages are occurring... as it's been happening for the last 3 days so I would like to see immediate suspension of tournaments, canceling/voiding of ongoing hands and time bank restored both on tournaments and cash games. It's is sickening to watch blind levels going up while your time bank is being wasted and you can't even play a hand.

It's horrible to lose 400bb+ pots after you clicked to call with the nuts and later find out you timed out (happened last night on nl50 and nl100).

Taking in account what is being happening lately this should be a priority... it is your job to protect the players and give a minimum comfort back when you can't get servers to hold on. (of course the priority should be to ensure the servers hold but I understand there are many constraints that some times are not easy to solve in a timely matter)

I believe this suggestions are desirable for all players and easy to implement. Let us/me know what you think.

has anyone gotten back any refunds? I havent gotten anything from Saturday or Monday and hasnt played since.

All support tel me is someone will respond in 24 hrs.

Hi, following situation:

I have an Account at Tigergaming that I created several years ago. I never played there for real money, never deposited etc.

Now problem is that account is registered with an old email address that I can not access anymore. I am able to log into the account, however it forces me to change my password. Instructions/Link are of course sent to that old email that I can't access.
I contacted support 4 days ago and sent my verification-documents to prove my identity and to get my email-address of the account changed. Never received a reply. Last night I contacted live support yet again, I am told my documents are still under review. 4 days? Really? Is dealing with the support really such a pain in the a** there? Because normally I heard good feedback on Support, withdrawal times etc etc, but this is a pretty bad expirience overall. I also asked live support if I may not just open a new account since I have never deposited and such and as it seems for them like a pretty hard time to get my account sorted - they refused.

Any ideas what more I can do?

Hello Icrush,

If you send me your account number and email address I will try and find out what has happened. I am sure it is just been a busy period, with less staff and is taking slightly longer than usual.

Alternatively if you wish you could start a new account on BetOnline or another skin and explain the situation to customer service when you start your new account.

Do you have any info when these annoying disonnections will be resolved finally? There are problems for almost 2 weeks now with your servers. In the last couple of days, every 10 minutes or so I lose connection to tables for a couple of seconds. I guess you could assume how tiresome it is. And definitely not a problem with my internet connection. I am playing on Tigergaming...

Can't log into site. Also poker client is down and it says I have the wrong username and password. Anyone else experiencing this?

yeah here also, tiger and bol is offline ( websites and all) so big issue, i was placed pretty well in rakerace, hope it comes back

Yep, once again bol is either basically unplayable when able to log in or just flat out unuseable. Since my initial deposit on this site a couple weeks ago, I feel like I've spent far more time being UNABLE to play and/or enjoy my time playing than actually just playing. Terrible experience.

There should be some sort of compensation for this... I was in a tourney but also it's extremely inconvenient on all regards.
