hello, a bit confused about the rollover rules as I've only withdrawn from Ignition, so you can imagine my surprise when the reps informed me of these "rollover rules." Am I right in stating that we're required to rollover 100% of our deposits?

I heard that playing hands will reward you 'VIP Points' which you can accumulate and spend on goods or cash rewards. Sounds awesome, I think I will save up a few million points for a rainy day.

Hi, my account at Tiger was suspended while procedure of repeated security check since the 1st of July and it is still under it. Firstly your security team couldn't recieve email with needed documents from me for 3 weeks, though I had sended it for 3 times. But aproximately on the 31 of July they approved that they have all needed documents, but my account is still suspended. Mike, could you speed up the process, cause it's not normal to wait 80 days

Hi all.

I was trying to figure out if hand history converters are allowed or not and i found this:

I first asked if Holdem Manager 2 is allowed to be used to get a HUD at the tables while playing and i assumed the answer would be a yes, planning to ask how is it suppose to work if it needs a hand history converter in order to read their hands but hand history converters appear in the prohibited categoy.

So Holdem Manager 2 is not allowed or the support people just not even have idea what Holdem Manager is?

This appear at the Permitted Software Categories:

(III) Heads Up Display:
With qualitative and feature limitations imposed. Stats displayed must not be based on the current hand in play.
(IV) Tracking Software:
The data only contains information from hands in which you personally played in. Importing of observed hands is prohibited. The tracker does not mimic a feature of banned hud.

Doesnt Holdem Manager 2 fit thoese two points?

I am going to run a series of tests to help and give feedback to our customer service.

If you or anybody else have any common queries or issues, maybe a question that arises poker related that customer service does not always understand.

Many of you ask about leaderboard rewards or tournament tickets with CS. The more information I have, the easier it is to start making adjustments to improve communication.

hey guys i recently made my first deposit on betonline with the first deposit poker bonus. but under the cashier it just says $0 under active bonuses and locked bonuses. any idea how i check my deposit bonus status?
