I’m using the tournament filter and have satellites unchecked but still have them showing up in the lobby. Is there no way to get rid of them?

I just unchecked everything. Lobby is now empty for me. If what you say is true then they should still be showing up for me, correct?

What site are you on?

Are they accidentally showing up when one of the other filters is checked?

Now I think I see what you mean. When you just have Other selected under Formats there are some satellites still listed in there which actually don't appear if you have Satellite as the only option selected under Formats.

Those MTTs are:
Satellite: $33 x 2 GTD
Satellite: $22 x 2 GTD
Satellite: $11 x 2 GTD

Yea they show up in purple, I just like filters because it helps me scan quicker when I’m playing multiple sites. I’ll never play a satellite so I don’t need them.

I played a decent amount of $10 and $25 PLO and there are several accounts I suspect of being bots, so I hope so.

On the file dump, there is an account listed as soap_opera. I know of an account at $10 PLO named SoapOpera and I've always suspected it of being a bot. Not sure if the two accounts are the same or different accounts.

Plus there's PARpero, peropero, and pyropyro, all of whom I suspect of being bots at $10 PLO.

There is definitely some PLO bots, but far majority is NLHE I believe.

Yes there were lots at PLO 500 and a few at 1000 but they haven't been around the last few days so hopefully they got banned along with the NLHE ones.

Pretty shady move betonline I deposited 500 to sports bet a few weeks ago I ended up losing it all but, 1 cent of freeplays which it wouldn't let me bet when I went all in I tried like 30 times. Then today I redeposit and start betting after I realize I won both my bets I have 10k in rollover even though I didn't take a bonus. Then I went to support and they instantly said you have to clear the rollover which I think is horrible because there software clearly is set to screw people not letting them bet all there free plays forcing them to clear past rollover.

I think I saw he is having some sick family or something like that. Totally understandable he would prioritize that over our complaints.

You can only use the free plays on certain lines, Cannot use them for big underdogs for example, Also think the min bet is $1.

I am writing You because software developer is interested in making 3rd party software for Chico network with similar functions as Table Tamer. But he is curious why Table Tamer is permitted but KingsHands ChicoGrinderTool is prohibited on Chico network?
Most important thing in new software would be using Stack to BB which lot of players are interested in.

Right now Table Tamer is not working but my software developer does not want to waste time making software for Chico network if You will maybe prohibit using it.

I also sent this through e-mail but I do not hope for clear answer from e-mail support.
I did not know you have support threads on 2+2 so would be great if You could answer to these questions.
I myself am not involved with the new soft, just really like Chico network but without Stack to BB it is pain in the ass for me to grind

I asked Live Chat today about the disappearing VIP Points...i was told that the new vip i system is already in place and active. $50 in rake paid, releases $5 to poker account. I certainly have not received that. I asked if we needed to opt in, Chat said no and it is active. When i asked how we can track this, was told to look at transactions. Has anyone received this "bonus?" i will post screenshot when i get home from work

Mike, could you tell me if UK playes are still allowed? I have one friend who got an email saying UK players would not be serviced anymore, one friend who is still playing there and did not get an email and then I did not recieve an email but support has closed my account and claimed it was because I asked them to close it (I did not). At least they allowed me to cash out but the whole thing has been handled so poorly and support won't give me a clear answer on anything.

My settings like hide avatars and lobby filters keep reverting back. Anyone else have/fix this problem?

I haven't played in a couple weeks. I logged into my acct (Sportbetting.ag) and the client opens fine. I can sit down as normal but when I post my first blind the entire client auto closes. Any idea how to solve this?

On Tuesday it's the exact same except one of the tournaments is switched from nl to plo and the 5.5pko is switched to another 33pko.

Yeah I saw them in the lobby but it'd be nice to see all of them listed on the website, since only time I'm looking at the lobby is when I'm already playing multiple tables. Or an email blast with a PDF attachment w the schedule and structures would've been nice. As great as the software is on BoL they are sorely lacking in the advertising.
