Tons of sites are down atm, not just poker sites like BOL/Chico Network sites.

If you have an open account on BOL, are you allowed to create an account on Tiger Gaming to take advantage of deposit bonuses and possible rakeback? Like how WPN operates where you can create accounts on multiple WPN skins to utilize the bonuses? Or if you are a BoL player would they consider someone creating a Tiger Gaming account that is also on Chico as "multi-accounting"?

You can switch skins, but you have to request to have your old account permanently closed before you can use the new one afaik, so be careful

Ah ok, thanks for the info. That won't be a problem, better off closing my BoL one and opening a TG skin to get a new deposit bonus and actually be able to get some kind of RB. That is my major BOL complaint, got all these damn near useless "VIP" points in my account that have zero use. Haven't seen any tourneys running on vip points available recently anyway so don't really care to lose my vip points.

Appears to be issues with the site right now. I was able to login to my account on the poker app around 7:30 am PST. Tried logging back in at 8:15 am PST and kept saying "login failed. Invalid username or password."

I was able to login to the website just fine though. I asked in the live chat and this is an issue for some players. I was instructed to not to try to login too much right now and try again in a few hours and hopefully it'll be back up.

Would be nice to know about a more precise timeframe and see some communication in an email.

Recieved an email fomr BetOnline that they do not accept players from UK anymore and my account ist closed. Is this for the Chico Network or only Betonline? I play on the Tiger skin but did not recieve this kind of email from them.

Rat bastards told us for over a year they were going to honor the VIP points. Now they just took them all. I had $1000+ in points. BOL just stole a few million bucks from it's players.
At least ACR doesn't steal Beast money and rakeback. Rot in hell BOL. It's ok us USA players are pretty much used to bending over and taking it for the last 9 years.

You can still see this year's total of points by clicking the stars in the top left corner of the lobby under your nickname.

Other than the display of them in the lobby and the removal of the points before this year, nothing has changed. They've been almost entirely useless for over a year, aside from one satellite option they removed a few months ago which made them completely worthless. We were obviously lied to about new options "coming soon" to use them on from the moment the majority of the old options were taken away.

Looks like, hopefully, there will be much more refunds coming in next several weeks. I know I have played against many suspected bots. Won't be surprised if those suspicions aren't unfounded.

I mean we all already knew exactly who the bots were but for someone to actually get all that info is quite remarkable

"Acted" quickly. Soon as we contacted them, no time was wasted. Wanted to give networks plenty of heads up time to police internally. My guess is accounts were frozen and then the real nightmare of finding all the players cheated by the bots to deal with refund stuff.

Can 100% vouch for BOL/Chico getting on this right away. Lots of back and forth questions, etc.... To be fair, every single we contacted was pretty much the same.
