I'm all for accurately warning people of the risks of playing here, but please don't make s*** up to strengthen your argument. It actually hurts your argument.
Points stolen is accurate enough.
Cheated in BJ is accurate enough, though they've since changed 3rd party dealers and had no major claims of impropriety in BJ since that one incident.
You have no way to prove that they intentionally disconnected this player during the Bad Beat Jackpot hand. Even the unfortunate player does not believe that to be the case. There are several legitimate players, even 2+2ers, who have won it and several more who have won large shares of it. It doesn't even make logical sense why they would do that.
They have fantastic software, at least compared to any of the other sites with decent traffic that serve US based players, probably the best of them. I very rarely have connection issues playing here. If memory serves me correctly, the least I've ever had with any site that I've ever played a large amount of volume on, and that's including pre-Black Friday sites.
I'm not exactly sure which collusion claims you're referring to. I recall one incident where a bunch of Russian/Eastern Euro players were using a VPN service that tied them all together. At least one of the accounts using that VPN service was caught cheating and the rest of the players using that VPN service also had their accounts suspended for a brief period of time because of that connection. Most of those accounts were seen back to the tables shortly after that incident. I haven't heard of similarly false claims of collusion since then.
