I have received a second email ([MO201906765352]]) regarding Prohibited Software playing with the June 24th.
The following is part of the email from June 24th:
"Please be advised that you are not allowed to make use of any BOT, AI, GTO or Seating Script software your account will have no issues with the Chico Network.
Software like Hold’em manager is allowed. Please be aware should you continue using prohibited software that account would be closed and funds confiscated."
I did contact Betonline support via Chat (Joe in poker client support) . I had asked about DriveHUD was allowed use with poker client. He has indicated "Betonline did not anything against DriveHUD. However, we advise not be used with the poker client.
He listed all players using Third party software were sent the email.

I had verified the only 'poker related' software running on desktop when playing from poker clients was DriveHUD.
I used DriveHUD playing ACR MTT following week and did not think about HUD accessing Betonline MTT later in different sessions.
I was using DriveHUD since July 2017 to March 2019 when I had registered MTTs or SnGs.

I had tried login, yesterday (July 2nd) and was received my account was locked.
I had asked contacted Betonline supports via chat. I had asked about this issue. The support person (Layla) indicated my account is banned.
I had to ask about what software caused the issue.
Support person indicated it was a management decision about the ban and did not have infomation regarding prohibited software.

I would guess I had broken prohibited software policy. The HUD debate with Betonline (HUD) was not clear based on review information in multiple sources:
* Betonline 2+2 forum
* Poker Players Discord server
* Cardchat (Betonline\ DriveHUD threads)
* Twitter.
I had received Tweet Ace Solution's card catcher support BetOnline and another tweet about two week ago that DriveHUD works with BetOnline
Betonline (Chico) should be clear about what prohibited solution is being tagged. The information should provide the customer when this type of email.
I am upset about the loss of money since an account is banned and fund are confisicated. The account is banned in my opinion based on a vague policy with inconsistent information provided to players.
I watched Twitch poker player using HUD with BetOnline or Tiger Gaming.
I noticed you (Mike) indicated Support would make note was solution (HUD) being used and possibly grant permission. I was not notified of this item based on interaction with support on the June 24th. I had mention DriveHUD multiple times.
I would ask the following:
a. What software was I running (should be DriveHUD) that violated BetOnline policy?
b. Is there any chance to reactivate or retrieve money from the account.
