Yeah Mike, how is that VIP program coming along?

not sure if this is in the right place or not but i have been playing on betonline for a week or so and have downloaded driveHUD in order to be able to use a hud but i would also like to take my existing hand history files for BetOnline and import them into drivehud. google was an absolutely dizzying series of 5 links all trying to sell me the same hand ripper which is included in drive hud so all future hands are going to be tracked anyway. the hh file is under programfiles > betonline > history > history.db file
does anyone know how to import them into drive hud or otherwise convert them into something that can be read by a hud

As far as I'm aware, there isn't a converter that has the ability to import old hands from BetOnline/the Chico Network at the moment, but I also thought the hands were stored in the client and not on a file you can access. If that file is written in a format similar to other sites' hand histories then it might be possible to ask one of the tracker programs to add support for BetOnline/Chico Network hand imports.

I've seen Betonline Mike online multiple times and he's completely ignored my posts. Why even have a representative on here if hes going to be completely useless? The only thing he's ever contributed is posting worthless promotions that no gives a flying F about.

Players are the ones giving the site business. We shouldn't be at the mercy of the site to collect our own money. We are entitled to receive an answer in a timely manner...it is not a privilege.

Exactly. Obviously betonline is a paid advertiser which makes 2+2 somewhat culpable.

What are the mods of 2+2 doing to address the fact that one of your advertisers is literally stealing money from people?

I would hope you aren't just running two brand new accounts here replying to yourself. I've had mixed results with support they don't have the best reputation but my personal experiences have been positive.

Be polite to them, ask them for help, if you can PM soon, message BOLMIKE and I think he will help. He has done a good job of helping individuals who have reached out to him IMO.

There are a bunch of recent postings on the trustpilot review site for betonline. All the same thing people make deposits and they aren’t credited. People make withdraws and they aren’t processed. One was using ripple the other CC.

If I deposit onto SB with BTC, do I have to do verification on my account to withdraw?

Well, I was gonna keep a very low 5 figure sports betting bankroll on the site to take advantage of their 20% sportsbook bankroll boost promo (you earn a 20% bonus whenever the first major sports league resumes play, but you can't cashout at all), but I'm a bit uneasy about the cashout limitations and frustrated by the way the cash rake race is being handled.

The way the promo was written in the email and on the website, we were led to believe that the cash rake race would be an ongoing weekly thing. So I planned my schedule ahead of time to be able to wake up early today and get a headstart for the new week (promo was supposed to reset at 11AM), only to find that the new leaderboard never respawned. There's still nothing in the missions tab and no communication from Mike. I'm a bit fed up with the lack of communication regarding the VIP program and promos so I decided F it, I'm cashing out my sportsbook roll over the coming weeks and taking my sportsbetting action elsewhere if/when sports come back.

On the plus side, the cashout was approved and hit my wallet in minutes, which is astonishing speed. Now if the rest of the operations could match the lofty standards set by the payouts department we'd really have something.

Here is a recent trend that has been happening to me on a consistent basis lately. I open two bad beat jackpot tables ($0.50/$1) and buy in for $100 each. One table almost always takes the $100 fairly quickly by setting me up with hands like top two pair against a straight hit on the turn/river, flush beat by boat , etc... The other table will usually allow me to break even and sometimes do well. I could go on with a number of other repetitive patterns, but the bottom line is that I don't experience this in live poker rooms on such a consistent basis.

Does BOL write/modify their own code for the poker software or do they simply purchase from a software vendor?
