I also tried uninstalling and re-installing, but it can't even install. The entire 13MB download should complete in a second or so, but it takes five minutes to download 20% of the files, then gives up.

Same here.
Download is extremely slow. Tried redownload the installer from the site and also was super slow, took like 2 minutes for 1.3mb lol.
I managed to get past the first 1300kb, after that there's 12500 kb, and it just crasher after a bit.

Probably connectivity issues on their end, hopefully will be fixed

I don't have PM enabled yet but Betonline Mike can you take a look at my account and get me some answers? My account was locked 2 weeks ago now and I wasn't provided a single explanation across any form of communication. I have sent over a dozen emails and gotten no response. The 4 or 5 times I've contacted live chat they simply tell me to wait for an email. The time I've called in they tell me to just wait for an email. How much longer am I going to be strung along with no answer whatsoever? Imagine thinking this is acceptable business practice. Its actual theft at this point.

How can he look at your account if you didn't provide any information that would help him know which account is yours? If you're unwilling to provide that information publicly then you're just going to have to wait for them to respond or for your private messaging to be enabled.

Betonline straight up stole my initial deposit. Is there anyone here who can help me?

They claim the transaction was declined but it cleared my bank and posted. I provided screenshots and they want a Bank statement which is impossible to procure since it’s the beginning of the month.

Also they charged like a 20 percent fee.

After bashing general BO support, I now have to compliment Mike's work he's doing for the community.
I had two issues concerning tournament tickets and they were resolved by Mike in less than 24h. THAT is great support!

Welcome. Sorry to say but you can't do anything with them. We used to be able to use them to buy into tourneys, but one day several months ago that option was suddenly unavailable. We were told a few days later that there was a new VIP rewards program coming shortly. It never came. Some of us have Millions of worthless VIP points now. GL.

Sam is correct that they've essentially been made useless, especially for those of us with large amounts, but there is an occasional satellite MTT you can use them for. Just filter the MTT lobby for VIP points only.
