It would nice if Betonline\Chico would release detail list of solutions forbidden when you logged into the poker client

So I made a new account a week ago. I asked love support if there was a first time deposite bonus for poker and they said no. Now I’m looking at the site and there is a 100 percent match.so I asked love support if they will honor it and they said no. What a joke

I can't be the only one that gets this stupid security check a dozen times after opening/clicking further links on the BOL website?

Well, betonline mike was on today and posting, I sent him a pm a little while ago and he didn’t bother to take a second and respond. I don’t understand. I really enjoy this site. I like the tournaments. I like the software. But how frustrating is this. In the first week I’ve raked over 300-400. And can’t get a fair resolution. I know acr takes care of their players if this issue happens with a deposit bonus. They would credit the player afterwards. But I guess betonline does not care to treat its new and loyal players with any kind of good customer service or respect. And I would understand if the live support said there was no first time deposit bonus for poker. This is beyond frustrating. Last year alone I raked in just over 16k on acr. With betonline I could easily rake in 15k+ in one year and can’t even be bothered to take care of a 500 deposit bonus that I have to clear by playing as well. Doesn’t make any sense business wise either. Pretty lame experience

I don’t understand how betonline is supposed to expand their poker room with a lack of customer service. I’m not trying to sound like a hater, because I actually love the tournaments. I like that there are 20-30 tournaments popping every hour. Lots of action. But to not credit a new player on a first time deposite bonus for the poker room is beyond fridge trying. It’s literally been exactly one week. I’m not bringing this up months later. It’s been one week. And live support literally tells me there is no first time deposit bonus for poker players.

Please mike, look into this for me. This is mind blowing. Literally has been one week. One week. And can’t get a first time deposit bonus honored? Like I said I would understand if I’m asking months later. It’s been freakin 6 daysssssssssssss

Sorry to go on and on. It’s just frustrating to not get a resolution. This site has a lot of opportunity. They could easily have a large share of the us market. You have acr making moves each and every week and gathering market share. I know I keep saying it but I like betonline. I like the small field 20 to 30 dollar tournaments that pop every hour. Their withdrawals are absolutely the best in the industry. Within one hour you can have your money. Literally top notch. That’s unheard of, ask for a withdraw and an a hour you have it.

What’s the point of this sponsored forum. You a have a tournemnts feedback thread that literally has 20+ post asking for more pko tournaments for months and nothing. Literally betonline is the online us friendly site for pko and they don’t listen to their customers or think about expanding on their pko scheduel? It doesn’t take a business expert to figure out what to do. You have the software for pko. After months and months of players asking for more pko why not listen to your customers. Look at party poker and PokerStars; they have pko filled in their schedules ever single day. Betonline, is the only place us players can play for pko. Why not have a big pko series. You would attract so many new players. Makes no sense. It’s truly amazing how know one at betonline is doing anything to increase traffic. You literally have the whole is market up for grabs.

I would love to have a live feed of the betonline office. I don’t get if it’s pure laziness that none of the players request are being looked at or what. But this is truly amazing.

Then in the cash game thread you have posters posting players who are cheating and botting and mother is being done. Literally weeks of people complain about the same person and nothing is being done. If players read through these threads there are alarms everywhere.

Mike, I know all this stuff isn’t your fault. Don’t kill the messenger. But man this is astonishing. Does anyone at betonline have any business sense?

I hope they will be willing to retroactively apply it for you to garner some good will, but I would definitely recommend asking around about promo codes, rakeback and sign-up bonuses prior to signing up at any sites in the future. I would have told you about the first deposit bonus. I believe I've posted about the steps to take to get it in the Promotions thread at some point.

Just tried to put in a $50 deposit via a card. I know cryto is best, but I don't have a cheap way to buy any at the moment. Anyways, my card auto-blocked it and after calling the automated system said I could re-attempt it. But according to my card, betonline attempted to charge me $58.xx instead what should be a 7.5% or 53.75 according to the website, unless i missed something about an extra flat fee. Anyone who uses a card know if that's normal?

First of all, use crypto. It's pretty easy to acquire and not hard to use once you learn a little bit about it. Not only will you not be charged a fee, but they're currently giving you 5% on top of your deposit. You even get a 100% bonus if it's your first time depositing with it.

With regards to the extra charge on your card, it could be the bank charging a foreign transaction fee or it could be the processor skimming a little off of the top. Unfortunately that's not unheard of. That is one of the reasons why many sites now prefer you to use crypto.

FWIW, plenty of crypto users would swap a Venmo or Skrill with you off site.

I totally understand your frustration, the truth is things take time. We are working on so many things to improve and upgrade the schedule and all areas on the site.

This is great constructive info and I agree with everything you have written.

I like many of you love variety in poker, and Pko's have always been one of my favoured choices. There are imminent plans for these tournaments to be added to the schedule.

I believe the last update has helped with some of the issues that were previously being discussed about using prohibited software.
As always please always inform me and keep sending me information, stats and screenshots.

Why are the weekend MTT schedules so absolutely terrible on here? Tonight a $33r 12.5k is the biggest mtt going??? What happened to the Saturday night $55r 20k? And as far as sundays go after 5pm central time the schedule is laughable. I don't understand why the week night mtt schedule Is supreme to the weekend schedule.

You were responded to. Perhaps because you're spamming the same post in numerous threads instead, which is annoying and unnecessary, you might not have noticed it.

If you're unwilling to post your email publicly then you'll either have to wait until your private messaging functions are enabled or deal with their support via another route, such as live chat or email.
