So this is funny...

I deposited $1000 (using no bonuses) and played over several days $plo200 then i really "highroll" gambled on blackjack with up to $600 bet per hand and i acutally win some money.

I tried to cashout and lo and behold "the account did not meet the 1 time rollover". How is that even possible!? My bets was sometimes like 60% av initial deposit...

Anyway waiting to hear for payment department that will mail me "their findings". Stuff like this makes not want to play here anymore. It feels like if you win some money they will make it real hard for you to cashout.

Hopefully that mail will be something like "sorry we made a mistake here is your money".

At the time i wrote this i requested a new cashout and 2 hours later it was paid. That is good and all. However the fact that i had to complain to the support and request a second payout is kind of bad to be honest.
Ah well all is good in the end and i guess that is the thing that matters most.

If there isn't going to be a overhaul of the points system, it would be helpful if there were at least a few more options for redeeming points into tournaments. Preferably a way to redeem a large amount of points at once. This could be a few larger-buy-in satellite options (e.g., $30+), or direct entry into at least a couple larger-buy-in events (events that might be newer or aren't meeting guarantees). Just one small tournament per week (on Saturdays) is very hard to work with

Maybe VIP points could go into a drawing for a large amount of money. The more VIP points you have, the more likely you get picked.

So basically:

Your VIP points / Everyone's VIP points = chance of winning $xxx,xxx

Just an idea. Please no tourney. I hate tourneys. They are such a waste of time. No offense MTT people.

If I open my Tigergaming client with the cardcatcher open it will just dissappear after logging in. Anyone experiencing the same issue and has an Idea on how to solve the problem?

Same, if you open card catcher after logging in client will close as well.

i had this same problem with my card catcher.. i asked Betonline about it and they said that HUDs are prohibited and always have been... the update they say did not affect it...

the card catchers and HUDs are third party software programs and are not affiliated with BOL.

Since when it is prohibited? I think their support communication is just terrible, they don't know what they are saying, if they are forbidden most of the players would be banned already...

It would be nice if the tickets from the missions worked right. It showed I completed all of the tasks yesterday and I didnt get the ticket for the freeroll. I'm guessing many other people had the same issues judging by the fact that only 30 people played

From my understanding, the HUD if not forbidden, but frowned upon. I think it would be great for the games if they banned them though.

On the BOL poker page on the website there is a download for a odds calculator which includes a HUD. It’s basically a holdem indicator clone BOL put out for free.

Now, does that mean I can use a cardcatcher and a HUD or not? TOS aint providing me with a satisfatory answer imo. Can someone help? Its kinda crazy if they would forbid cardcatchers if they offer an inhouse HUD at the same time...
Also, still same problem that my Tigergaming client just closes if I open it while cardcatcher is running.
