I play Bovada, ACR(after a long hiatus), and Global, but refuse to touch this site again until it fixes its points system. At least with ACR we knew it was software incompetence that led to their rakeback issues. Here it’s just thievery and they have 0 response. If they feel they can shutdown points arbitrarily(they also change BBJ payouts arbitrarily) then what’s the point of ever playing here? They will just take advantage of players in the future.

this problem is so weird that betonline mike is ignoring my post and all the emails i send to tiger support i'm not successful in response to the last ones for over a week now they haven't responded!

I don't know if anyone can help. But for the last 4 days the only tournaments being listed are the entry into the $100k and $60k guarantee, new player freerolls, and the comp pts freerolls. No other tournaments are being listed.
I've reinstalled BOL and have installed BOL on another computer. Still the same. No regular tournament schedule. I'm running Windows 7 on one computer and Windows 10 on another. So its not a system problem. Also, both computers date and time are current.
I've turned off all filters and still nothing. SNG, Windfall, and Cash games lobbies are all there. Just not the tournaments.
I sent BOL support 3 days ago but haven't received any response.
Only thing I can think of, which is a stretch, is this happened at the same time I hit Elite. However, it's not hard to get Elite and the VIP pts system is currently worthless so I don't know why they would restrict access to tournaments based upon VIP level.
Has this happened to anyone or any suggestions?

I really do not think we are going to get to redeem our VIP points, the "we're working on it" and people's accumulated points will just fade into the background. so shady, they could of at least let us redeem them for SOMETHING and going forward not accumulate more until they figure out the new system. People with hundreds of thousands to millions of points have got to be so irate...

I can spend 525 VIP points to enter an MTT where first place is ~10T$ a couple times a day so i think i get plenty of value

yea I had to move my money back to ACR which pains me. The rewards at at Betonline just don't compete. Points are worthless. Until they change this I just don't see the poker side of the site growing anytime soon. Payouts are fast, thats about the only good thing I have to say

I get this feeling as well. Or if they do put out a new system, it will be basically worthless for anyone other than micro tourney players.

I really don't know if this is sarcastic or not.

But for cash game players like myself with over 2mm VIP points, there is 0 value in playing a MTT to hopefully get first for 10T$, so after winning 11 of these tourneys, we can get one entry into the Sunday main with our T$.

I image the higher stakes cash game players have the biggest VIP balances and these are the same people who care least about T$ and entries into the smaller tourneys.

That's my biggest issue with the how the VIP fiacso has dragged on. It would take a couple button clicks and they could AT least raise the stakes of the freerolls from 10 and 25 dollars to something much more reasonable.

I have 151k sitting idle. Having over 2MM points like you would make me want to literally go to Anitgua and hunt them down lol.

They're making a mistake by providing exactly 0% rakeback.

Any rakeback that is at least ~10% or higher is just so much better for the ecosystem. Regs will put in more volume and battle more, more tables will start, recs will feel less targeted when reg games continue without them etc etc.

The only good thing about 0% rakeback is it removes the nitty rakeback grinders with little to no winrate that are absolutely terrible for the games.

Give everybody at least 10% and give the rest in special offers to their best customers.

Stealing VIP point is not okay.

In "My Missions" it shows the 15K$ weekly cash race but on the website that one is gone and instead a new 10K$ high hand leaderboard is added, is the top 10 leaderboard under weekly cash race in my missions for the high hand?

Please address this @BetonlineMike . Alot of people have been waiting for several months now and the only thing be offered is entrance into tourney bucks and a $1 feeder satellite. It would make perfect sense if you guys just went back to the old system you had.

Even the old system wouldn't be great at this point. With all the time passed since the old VIP system was taken away, to come back and offer the same thing would be an insult.

The longer they wait, the more incentivized they become to offer a worse VIP system. If they offer any kind of decent cash exchange for points, at this point it would be a pretty big immediate hit as most if not all mid-high stakes regs have VIP balances in the millions at this point.

The catch 22 is that if they offer a program that doesn't offer more than simply points for tourney buyins, these same regs will feel that the VIP system is useless. After promising an upgrade and suspending the old program for so long, delivering a worse or similar program to the discontinued one would be a disaster as well.

I think this is probably why the delay has dragged on for so long.

My theory: The new program was originally pitched with genuine intent to provide a better VIP system for the players and was announced with the intent to implement quickly. Once the full cost became apparent, it was vetoed from higher up. Now they are in a stalemate with 3 bad options(from Chico's viewpoint). Continue to delay(and earn more $) and take a tiny bit of heat, revert to the old system and take more criticism(and lose a little $), or give the players what they want with a new and improved VIP system(cost more $).

I have check Betonline.ag if an update to Poker rules. There had been no changes to this section since the recommendation was made back August\ September to list resembles Pokerstars prohibited software list.

I have limited play on Betonline until I have flagged twice. I have not to issue playing on the Betonline (Desktop Client) from same PC flagged from your security team because I do not start my HUD (DriveHUD).

Please provide update on the process regarding the prohibited software request.

I would recommend your Tournament Director\Manger look at MTT series at least a couple of times a year. It does appear more traffic occurs on your competitor site during their tournament series.

Wow... this been happening to me and I just figured it out. Things must have gotten reset. What you gotta do is right above the Tournament Schedule, you will see START TYPE GAME NAME BUY-IN PLRS. PRIZE STATUS... Click START, one time and there you have it. All the Late Reg. Tourney's will rise up.

Unfortunately, it doesn't stay on START after switching to Cash/SNG's.

When I made my tiger account, I was unable to transfer from my sportbook account to poker, I asked my friend who introduced me to the site to help me. So she did it just for that purpose. I'm glad BetOnlineMike was able to answer/help this customer within 24 hours, but why can't we even get a response about VIP points? multiple questions over many weeks now asking the same thing with radio silence.

the best thing about VIP points right now is that they provide a reminder of how much rake we've generated without any benefit
