Hello. Mike, yesterday I got this from Tigergaming support, but since you are the one network I will post a question here: "We have detected that you are currently making use of UpToPoker which is in fact a prohibited software. We urge you remove the software before your account would become unavailable. We would unfortunately have to lock your account permanently in the future should the software remain detectable" Hm... Uptopoker works like TableTamer or Stackandtile. It just put a tables in specified places on monitor. Thats all. Its just make easier gaming experience without the need to manually switch size of table and put into place on monitor that you want. This software permitted by any other online pokerroom! Mike, can you please explain why you prohibit Uptopoker? Because I'm 100% sure there is some misunderstanding of this software.

I'm having problems with tigergaming for more than a month, my account is locked with more than 2k usd and they simply blocked me and did not send a single email if you want to inform me the reason for the block, every day I practically go to chat Online or I send an email and the only answer I have is that my case is with a team that is trying to call me and that when they try to call me my phone is busy or turned off, it happens that my phone is always available and never my phone rang getting their call, sometimes the chat attendant hands me a phone number and I've already tried to call him and the electronic message says I can't make calls to that number, the other number they tell me to call the attendant by several times I tried to say that tiger gaming has no phone support that i should try to solve by email or online chat i'm desperate, simply tigergaming is making me an idiot sent me from a Side to side, I just want my money back I won tournaments first with the poker nickname XVIDEOS.COM and then they asked me to change the nickname so I changed to CANETAAZUL my account number and the TG390225 email rodeioonline90 @ gmail. with

probably because the software allows you to automate alot of processes, it's not just for simple resizing and placement of tables. its much more than that.

For example, what else than things I mentioned? You can google it and watch video demonstration of how it works. Fact that every other poker site allows using it, even Pokerstars, can say a lot

I ask someone for God's help these 2k usd are missing me a lot, I have two small children, this problem is directly affecting my poker midset.

What is up with all these Tiger Gaming payout/cashier issues??? Betonline seems to get great reviews when it comes to money issues and I have always had great experience myself as well.

It seems like regs are going have to help police the games in a big way because at the moment there are a ton of new bots in action. They play good gto styles, have opened new accounts within the last 3 months, and play abi in the same range and are winning. There are some new regs that could fit this description including European pros and probably old bots that don't but there is a very suspicious increase in players that fit this description.

There are also a decent amount of new Brazilian pros, there names and styles indicate it, they tend to play lag exploitative games. I think its very unlikely a ton of Euro pros fitting this description came over to betonline within the last 2 or 3 months in huge numbers all of a sudden given it's a difficult timezone. Investigating accounts that are winning and have been opened within the last three months would help a lot. PM coming Mement.
@BetOnlineMike Please make note of this. There does appear to be a new ring that has come to BOL over the past 2-3 months.

I dunno what's going on with these DOP Tickets...I qualified hours ago and it starts in 45 min. Not sure why it doesn't credit when you meet the requirements.

I've been away for a few months and just installed BOL. It hangs forever and then says it can't connect. I have a new install of Win 10 and I am not getting any error messages when running the BOL app. I've allowed the app in windows firewall.

Is this a common problem? Can someone help me with this?

You might need to right-click, and run as administrator when opening.

Thanks, but I already did that and it didn't help. I was hoping there is someone here who's had this problem and found a way around it. I've installed every other poker client known to mankind and don't have this problem with any other client.

Updating flash, java, make sure it is allowed through firewalls, uninstall, re-install may help

x2.....right? C'mon man it's freaking bull crap. It shouldn't take a company of your magnitude this many months to not give your customers what THEY EARNED by playing on your poker tables. !!!!!

I wonder how much money Betonline STOLE with this cash grab. There are more than a few people with over $5000 in points.

Also, I wonder what happens to money that is confiscated from the few bot accounts that actually get shut down. I've never been given a refund for money taken from bots.

I've decided to withdraw my bankroll from BOL. At the advice of another player and regular poster I am sharing my thoughts about that decision.

The ecosystem is currently in pretty bad shape and until the most glaring issues are addressed I will not be giving them any more rake.

The first issue is how the VIP points have been handled. It's completely inexcusable for BOL to suddenly remove the rakeback system without a replacement. And, for a company to make such an egregious error makes me question their ability to function at all. Either this is deliberate theft or incompetence. Neither of which makes me want participate at their tables.

The second issue is the rampant botting. I'm fairly certain that most unregulated US facing sites have issues with players breaking the TOS in one form or another, but as far as I can tell BOL is doing nothing about it. We keep hearing of a "new security team" but I have little faith in any action being taken because of the BOL team's inability to fulfill any of the actions Mike has been promising. For example, it was MONTHS AGO Mike said we would have a list of prohibited software and yet not even a simple list has been delivered, let alone a VIP points system reinstated. When I saw 5 bots sitting at a 9 max 25NL table the other day that was the last straw for me.

Hopefully BOL can get their act together and deliver on these promises Mike has been stringing along. Until then I will take my action elsewhere.

So I've been playing on BOL again lately and got a "Prohibited Software" email from their security team. It contained this line:

Quote:
We have detected that you are currently making use of a prohibited software along with your Poker System. Would you kindly remove the software before your account would become available? We would unfortunately have to lock your account permanently in the future should the software remain detectable and funds could be seized.
I haven't used any poker software at all while playing on this site, let alone anything prohibited.

A big part of what worries me is that other posters have shown similar email snippets where they were told WHAT the prohibited software they were supposedly running was, while I just got this vague, general warning.

I'm a lifetime loser online, and on BOL overall, but I have been having a winning run in the last few weeks, and that is the only reason I can think of why I might be suspected of cheating. If anyone was to review my hand histories, it would be super clear that I'm not botting, as my play ranges from solid at times to tilted spewy fish at others. So far I've never even tried to cash out.

Any thoughts from anyone on things I could check for that would falsely cause BOL to "detect" that I am using prohibited software would be appreciated. The way this communication has gone so far is making me worry that they are setting up an excuse to deny a cashout attempt.

I think the above post does a great job of highlighting one reason why I've chosen to leave. It's ridiculous that real players are being harassed while botters and scripters go unpunished.

I think at a MINIMUM BOL should at least tell you what program they are detecting on your computer. It would be extremely unfortunate to lose access to your account because some other software you have running has a name similar to what they think is prohibitive software. Hope you can some clarity soon from them.

No, but I would've bought in with VIP points if I still had that option like the good old days.
