I feel for you, the way the site is so trigger happy yet seem to have no good detection system in place is terrifying for customers who have any kind of money on there. I remember other people here posting about the exact same issue months ago but it seems they are still using the same detection method.

I have taken all my funds off of BetOnline for now. Bitcoin cash out took about 2-4 hours to hit my wallet, very fast. The reason I've decided to not play poker on BetOnline for now is because they are withholding our VIP points. After 5 months of having our VIP held hostage enough is enough. And the fact they won't manually cash them in is a big red flag that the site might be having money issues. Another reason I refuse to give BetOnline my business right now is because of all the PLO bots they do nothing about. At least ACR admitted they had bots and published a list off banned bots and refunded some players something. I am by no means an ACR fan. I will be very happy to redeposit my money on BetOnline as soon as the VIP points are unlocked for use.

It's absolutely ridiculous not only that the previous rewards system was not kept in place until the moment the new one was ready, the lack of communication prior to the change, but also the ridiculous amount of time it has taken to implement the new system. I have no idea what they were thinking doing that around the same time they opened this forum. It looks terrible and was an incredibly bad decision on their part.

Registered in TigerGaming. After 5 days of the game, they blocked their account. 3 weeks they did not tell me the reason for the lock !!!! Then they said that the reason for using VPN. November 19, I confirmed that I used VPN because they block tigergaming.com in Russia.

November 25th a letter came:

I have reviewed your account and I have see that your account is currently suspended. I have escalated this and informed management that you did inform us that you are using a VPN.
Kindly please be be advised to wait 24-48 hours for feedback from us.

Since I dont want to break any rules and be a 100% certain: Am I allowed to use it?

I thought if PT4 supports it is legitimate to use HUD. Even so I didn't get it to work.

There is very likely a huge new bot ring operating in mtts. It has emerged over the last 2 or 3 months. Many of the accounts play average buyins in the 20 to 30 dollar range but are playing high level gto based games. Any chance we can make some kind of mtt bot containment thread? It seems like regs are going have to help police the games in a big way because at the moment there are a ton of new bots in action. I can provide some screen names and some similarities between the accounts here if that is a good idea.

You can't spot them for sure but there are suspicious characteristics. The reg pool in mtts has remained fairly constant and grown slowly over the last two years but over the last 2 or 3 months there has been a huge increase in new regs, and playing at a level that is much higher than you would expect for american regs at that abi. They play good gto styles, have opened new accounts within the last 3 months, and play abi in the same range and are winning. There are some new regs that could fit this description including European pros and probably old bots that don't but there is a very suspicious increase in players that fit this description.

Buckguy could you provide some more information (pm me names if you don't feel comfortable posting). I played a lot with the Party, MPN and Ipoker bots and have not noticed anything suspicious yet. Not to say nothing is going on but the player pool is so small that I would be pretty surprised.

Yea promotions and new tourneys from BOL is probably playing a role. There are definitely good players that play that abi. Alot of times, guys that play that abi have created tricky styles to win and are less theory based. The new accounts are sizing and playing games that indicate they've used solvers and come from tough games if they aren't bots. There are also a decent amount of new Brazilian pros, there names and styles indicate it, they tend to play lag exploitative games. I think its very unlikely a ton of Euro pros fitting this description came over to betonline within the last 2 or 3 months in huge numbers all of a sudden given it's a difficult timezone. Investigating accounts that are winning and have been opened within the last three months would help a lot. PM coming Mement.

so can you have a solver on your computer, obviously not open, but downloaded on your computer while playing on the client?

For about a month now I have been using the "BetOnline Poker Odds Calculator" tool in an excellent way ... during all that time it has been working well ... But today it stopped working ... the HUD is no longer go...
The only thing I could notice ... is that the Poker application started to perform an automatic update, then once I got it ... I started playing the game, I loaded the HUD "BetOnline Poker Odds Calculator" and it didn't work anymore ... !

You can’t chalk up 4+ months of no VIP point access to “miscommunication”. It’s straight up theft. Imagine if American Airlines frequent flyers were suddenly told “sorry, no more point redemptions indefinitely.” That would be insane. But here we are. Obviously you, Mike, are not immediately responsible, but the company’s actions are pretty indefensible.

The thread linked below was specifically made for posts dealing with the Odds Calculator. There isn't an immediate solution for your current issue that I can find in that thread, but you might find some more helpful advice by reading through the thread.

After the poker client updates, sometimes the Calculator(or other HUDs) will need updated too. This can take a couple days, but it should happen in the near future.

Downloaded odds calculator today on windows. My poker client wouldn’t work at all afterwards. Uninstalled both the client and calculator then reinstalled poker client. Still didn’t work. Had to run client as administrator just to play. They blocked all outside software and now this garbage
