It probably wouldn't take more than a couple clicks to at least raise the payouts or let us buy in to normal tournaments again with points. Very deliberate on their part to keep it as is even with all the complaints.

Hi guys I understand how frustrating this must be, and can only apologise for the amount of time it is taking.
Below is the section from a latest post regarding the vip point system.
At the moment this is all I have, but as soon as I hear anything I will forward that information on to you guys immediately.

VIP Points and VIP Levels: at this point I can give you guys a bit of info with regards to a more robust plan for your VIP points. At this stage you are more than welcome to pitch in with ideas and hopefully we can turn those around to deliver a program that makes you happy. At the end of the day, that’s what we are trying to accomplish. So, in theory our goal is to give you guys the chance to participate in weekly rewards (based on your VIP level).

Also we are considering exclusive weekly tournaments for each of the tiers and you will be able to exchange your points into those. There’s also bonus offers by VIP level and other gimmicky stuff in the pipeline that we are confident to deliver soon. Until then we will continue to bring you ways to use your points.

What happened with the Windfalls? I enjoy playing them, but regged for a $3 Windfall this morning and my payout was $4.50 and not the normal $6 min payout. Are you kidding me with this new payout? I can't even break even winning one, losing one now?

I will not play these EVER if i cant even double my money when winning one. I checked the site and it still shows $6 for min payout, so I don't see where/why the change was made. Is there now a higher % of getting a higher payout, and the risk is a smaller min?

Someone / Anyone who can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Really pissed me off seeing a $4.50 payout on $3.00 Windfall.

At the very least the VIP points should be able to used for MTT/SNG entries (tickets, direct entry, etc)

After that an exchange for cash would be nice.

Weekly freerolls could work but with $50 prizepools (at the highest) its not worth it for anybody who has 1,000,000+ points to use 500 points for a shot at $10 in tournament cash. Personally, i like the idea of freerolls either with VIP points as entry or tickets for reaching certain weekly point goals. The GTD would have to be much higher for anyone to care.

Make them less frequent, instead of over a dozen per day have a morning MTT and one in the evening, make them more sought after with a higher point buy-in (1k-5k-10k-50k "VIP highroller for 100k+) and higher GTD. Make a leaderboard for levels and reward top few spots with T$, tickets, etc

Make VIP point SNGs as well, they are much faster and people will stay on the site if they are broke. The prizes for the SNG could be cash, T$ or even just VIP points (you could even have "100 VIP point added" SNGs to get them started and players interested

Any of these would at least let us use the points we are receiving. Otherwise they are basically worthless

You guys stole from your customers. Don't give us this bullshit run around about weekly freerolls based on your vip level. We had points that were worth a certain amount of tournament value. Some had points worth thousands of dollars. And without any warning you took them away, thus stealing equity from the players who earned them. You could have given a 2 week notice, but you guys didnt. Don't patronize us, you know exactly what you did. You stole our ****ing money. I'm going to be posting this bullshit on the main page and sending Mason a pm. Its not right that 2+2 is allowing you to advertise on their site.

NowWeGo, in your post you should also mention the fact that they said 4 months ago a replacement VIP system would be coming "soon" and 4 months later it seems that almost zero progress has been made.

Can’t say I’ll play the 22 dollar 20k anymore with the new structure and 4 hour late reg. If I wanted to play a 12 hour tourney I would just play on that garbage acr site with a bigger guarantee

Well I cashed it and no way it’s lasting 12 hours. It was only 30 off the money when late reg ended and once in the money it was a shove fest because no one had any BB’s. Structure was quick

If you mean for traveling purposes then it couldn't hurt to give them advanced notice that you will be logging on from a different location than usual.

Mike, you must understand why everyone is concerned with the current state of BOL. When your team is not able to make a list after 5 months how can anyone expect big issues like bots and VIP points to ever be resolved?

I have PioSolver on my computer but make sure its not running. PioSolver can be running in the background and will be detected if you do not check for it. It is not BOL's fault people do not confirm it's not running on their computer while playing on BOL. They've already for months stated DO NOT HAVE PIOSOLVER RUNNING ON YOUR COMPUTER.

I agree, just send them an inquiry mail before you travel. I was traveling for a few months in Asia and support detected the multiple different IP addresses (I normally had been playing in the USA) and was going to suspend my account. It's ok to play in other allowed countries but would just like to know about it. I think its a fair policy and find it better that they monitor those types of things, protects the player's account from potential fraud.

y account was locked for having piosolver on my computer. After telling them I will make sure to not have it open while playing and waiting over 2 weeks for a response they finally unlocked my account. Now I play on this site one time and they are threatening to confiscate all my funds just for having the program on my device, not even open. Why are they so worried about this and not seating scripts lol. I literally cant gain an advantage in the very short time you have for decisions with pio let alone with it not even open...

Guess I’ll have to go back to ACR, no rewards here. Love the software but can’t spend my points. They just refuse to compete

I've never even heard of this software. The only poker software I use is PT4 for other sites I play on. Would another software trigger a false reading? Concerned and confused at this point.
