Just a follow that I have received no correspondence with regard to my payout. As you know I was falsely accused of sharing an IP with a user Lusimi_Fan who apparently there was an adverse action against. However this player is based in Costa Rica/Nicarauga and I am based in the US and I have no idea how or why this user has my IP. When questioned Lusimi_Fan claims he/she has no idea why that would be the case and denies that he has adverse action on them. It has been well over 5 days and I have heard absolutely nothing back. I am currently talking to the live chat and have tried every day to talk to the live chat and simpyl get put on hold while they wait to hear back from the financial dept. I am really dissapointed in the service thus far and will likely not make any more deposits on this site becasue of this horrendous customer service experience.

BEWARE OF DEPOSITING ON THIS SITE FOR THEY MAY FALSEY PREVENT YOU FROM WITDRAWING WITHOUT EXPLANATION!

What's also odd is that they're still allowing you both to play at the moment. If there was anything nefarious going on wouldn't they have suspended both of your accounts from potentially continuing to cheat? It's very strange to say the least.

I am really sorry you feel this way and I totally understand your frustration.
I had sent the details off yesterday to the correct department.
I believe it is a strange incident, and with so many financial rules and regulations, the Finance/processing departments sometimes needs to take its time so that it doesn't make a mistake or do something wrong for all 3 parties involved.
I am extremely confident of everything being cleared up asap and that if everything is as you say it is you will receive the withdrawn funds very quickly.

I'm fine with Tracking software like PT4. However, if you don't allow it then why do so many people use DriveHUD with a card catcher? Should be equal either way.

By your own Agreement, your odds calculator is against your rules.

I find it odd to ban things like table ninja, that's all about shortcuts to make betting easier on the players. This has no poker advantage, I don't use them because they cost too much, but they are useful.

Hi Guys Just a quick update for the new series coming up. With some new exciting promotions.

1) Bubble Refund: Every player that bubbles will be refunded their buy-in at the end of the series.
2) All players who participated in the micros and did not cash will all be entered into a free roll at the end of the series.

I have a suggestion about your 6+Poker offering. I think if you changed the format to match the Triton Poker style of Short Deck it would be a more popular game. The main differences are it is an ante only game, and that a straight beats three of a kind. Other sites I have seen offering 6+Poker have the same game rules as you currently offer and all seem to have very little action. Being one of the first to offer the more popular Triton rules could be a big advantage. I know I personally would play Triton style Short Deck but I have no interest in the current offering.

I like the 6+ rules, people complain a lot about it, not really sure why.
People want to play by NLHE rules, Not suppose to be NLHE rules.
Why would a straight beat 3 of a kind? It's so easy to get a straight.
What people want it to just jam pot with a straight and not worry about 3 of a kind because all that beats it would be a flush or a FH.
Makes you think more, instead of "oh, i have a straight...nuts jamming time".
All in donkeyfests.

I've been selecting "Deny" and I can log in and play with no problems.

I believe this is to do with your own Mac wanting to save the details or add the log in details to all of your apple products. So if you enter your personal password for the Mac it may save everything for your next time.

I use a Mac and get this on multiple applications.
I am pretty confident it has nothing to do with bet online.

Hi The Apex So I Just got the rules for seating scripts and table camping.

We do not allow seating scripts at all.
We do not allow table camping, the tables have settings that kick players off the table if they are inactive for certain amount of time or hands, whichever comes first.

kicks inactive players from table after 5 minutes or 15 hands.
kicks inactive players from boost after 2 minutes.
It unregisters logged out players from snug's after 5 minutes.

Unfortunately there some ways around this, like sitting in and playing one hand.
But we are looking into to trying some new things.

Anyone know how Micro series sats works? Can i use the tickets for other things? I tried on other things, i didn't see the option...sucks. Not much point in playing them if they only work for one event.

Would I be alone in wanting slower turns and rivers for all ins? They whip em out so fast.
