@BetOnline Mike obv I would prefer a direct convertion to cash, but I get that that isnt very likely to happen, I think using it to buy a bonus that you have to unlock via grinding is a good idea since it gets the people to play more hands

I completely understand and appreciate the adding of additional uses for the points. What I don't understand is taking away the ability to use them for MTTs until the new uses were available as options. I also think taking away that ability prior to informing players that this was going to happen is bad operating. They should have given all players a notice a few weeks in advance that changes were coming and points might be in limbo for some amount of time. This would have allowed players to use up all of their points on MTTs if they wanted.

Poor communication was their biggest failure here and I'd like to see a lot of improvement in this area from this network going forward.

Is there any way to slow the animation on the replay? Or to actually see the hole cards? Why is the replay so messed up in the update?

I'm honestly not even sure what you're referring to about it being messed up. It's working fine for me in cash games. You can see hole cards if there was a showdown. You should always be able to see your own.

Is it only messed up for you in tournaments?

anyone else having issues transferring funds from sportsbook -> poker (vice versa)... keep getting an "execution timeout expired" prompt

Yeah man, I have a bunch too...would have been nice to have a heads up before they took away the ability to use them. I could care less about a free roll taking up more screen space than its worth...either conversion to cash/mtt $ or revert back to how they were before. Otherwise I feel like this was a cash grab. Pretty petty to do that when you are supposedly trying to grow a site. A few week heads up would have made sense, no? I feel robbed. Disappointing.

I just made a deposit and went to try to play poker and it says my account is locked error code:3003

THIs option is not available on movile it looks conpletely dif. Try it out on your phone and see for your self

I don't play poker from my phone and I haven't ever used their mobile poker client. If you're having issues with the replayer on mobile then contacting support to let them know is probably the best course of action. I would advise you to proofread what you write to them so that they completely understand you.

I am posting this in the General Discussion because it needs more attention; either to be resolved or so everyone knows what a realistic potability face with trusting BetOnline.

In 2015 I discovered a way to play online poker again, for the first time since Black Friday. I deposited $500 on BetOnline and another $500 on another site. April of 2016, I decided it wasn't the right format for the style I am best at (S&Gs and slower paced tournaments), so I went to withdraw. The other site, no issues whatsoever. On BetOnline, I had attempted 3 times and each time it was canceled. When I called BetOnline, I was told that I was not allowed to withdraw my money because I didnt't reach the limit for the poker bonus. I was not looking for a bonus, just to have my money back. I figured I would return in the future and play then. Over the years, I received multiple emails reminding me of my $417 balance.

July 2019, I played in a live tournament for the first time in a couple of years. Felt good to play again. I looked up my old stats, and realized I was a decent player, (especially since I won $2 in a freeroll, and turned that into a decent profit, for a kid's 2nd income) so I get on BetOnline to play again. I see that it shows I have $0 in my bank. I contact chat support and mentioned the emails that mentioned my balance and was asked to contact customer support via email. I do so, provide the information that was asked, and told that their system showed that I have had a $0 balance since January of 2018. My emails show that I had the $417 in my account as recent as April of 2017. I figured this would be something that BetOnline could easily look into, and get resolved, but no.. here is where it gets sketchy-

I forward the email, along with account review number to Customer Service. Each response I received from that day forward was from someone new either stating; how can I assist? You to be more specific how they can use my email to assist you. Could you please provide the email (this email was a response to the email that the forwarded email was attached to). THE REASON I AM HERE- The reason for this email to inform you that the email you been receiving is from 2016, please disregards these emails."

I did not sign into my account. Nobody else has access to my computer or account. The records show my 3 unsuccessful withdraw attempts from 2016, but nothing more. The transaction history only goes back to May of 2019, so I am unable to do the work for BetOnline to show that I did not touch my money. So, I am either being told to disregard the fact that $417 was stolen from me, or the customer service department needs to work together? Either way, I would like to have my money in my account or sent to me, please and thank you.

I quit Americas Cardroom because of the general ****ery. Would you all suggest playing on bet online?

I tried to deposit 200 and it got declined probably because my card isnt set up for international purchases. They tried to charge my card 1500 cny? Is that the equivalent of 200 usd.

If you guys have good things to say about this site I will just deposit with bitcoin to circumvent the problems.

Also is holdem manager 2 compatible with this software?

Pros: good quick & reliable client, good ecosystem (not too nitty, not super soft, right in the middle), Mike here in the forums to help out if needed, relatively fast withdrawals, willing to listen to their customers, seems to be growing nicely

Cons: no rakeback (although they are apparently looking into a points store), can be quiet when USA is asleep.

Some have complained about bots but in the games I play they all seem to have been removed.

Overall yes I would def recommend the site.

You can use HM2 but you will need a card catcher as well.

Good support and HORRID when is time to pay! One of the worst in the business!

I´ve deposit first time and rollover, they track badly the results and now they came out with a random amount so they don´t have to pay me! It´s frustrating and I really regret the day I´ve deposit in this site! I just want my money!
Deposited 1k and played more than 300 SNG 3.5$ buy in and more 50 MTT. Just that is enoutg but no, they say there´s 300$ left so I can rollover!
Frustrating doing business with non-competent people!

My tigergaming account (TG359555) has been created on January 5, 2018. I didn't play poker from March 12, 2018 untill yesterday, when i made deposit via BTC. But now my account is locked. Live chat reiterates that there were serious refer a friend irregularities on my account.
What? What refer a friend terms? My account has been created on January 5, 2018

I can't speak for the other game types, but there has been a noticeable difference in the NLHE cash games in the last few weeks. There's still a few around, but I think, and hope, things are going in the right direction with that issue. I promise to bother Mike until he gets the security team to remove the remaining accounts from the games as well.

Right now at PLO100 there are 13 seats occupied that aren't me. Of those 3 are human players and 10 bots. Apparently the bot crackdown doesn't apply to PLO.
