I've had that happen to me four different times. The last time, I got an email two days after the tournament ended that said they hoped ideas doing well and they were pleased to tell me that the ticket, not the several I had, to the tournament that was over can be found in my history.
Another time, i was told my case would be "elevated" after sending them a screenshot, much like you did, and 6 weeks later I have still not heard back. All online poker support is staffed with potatoes, but they seem especially starchy in chat and on the phone here.
