Have had one e-mail sent to me advising me to not use Piosolver while running BetOnline software. Talked to customer rep few weeks ago and got it unbanned. Unfortunately I absent mindedly opened up Piosolver after I was done with my session (no tables) without closing BetOnline. This resulted in my account getting locked again. This time however when I talked to customer service they mention that my account is permanently banned from poker and that it's the final straw. They keep referencing prohibited software rules that don't apply. I am not cheating in any regard and being banned as such is overly sensitive and illtimed. Is there anything I can do about this?

BetOnline sent me an email at 5:03pm 8/6/19 saying they'll give me $10 free cash to play with as well as entry to a 5k freeroll this coming Sunday. Haven't played in months so I figure I'll give a micro MTT a try tonight and get a feel for it. Log on and money isn't there. I call and they tell me to go online and speak to live chat. I speak to live chat and after the CSR not answering after hello how are you for 18 minutes he tells me that my email cannot be correct and to show him the email via copy paste. After I do that he says he'll have to have someone higher look into it and he has to go. If the service is this tough to follow through on an email I'm scared to think what itll be like to play with any real money.

I'll pass and stick with what I know, thanks for nothing

Are you certain the $10 was to play poker with and not to bet on sports? Was the freeroll ticket there?

I am well known and well respected in the poker community.

I advise anyone who plays on this site or is considering playing on this site not to. The support is terrible, never have a seen such bad support like this for a site that accepts real money deposits.

Managers are useless/live support and email support have no clue what they are doing.

I've had that happen to me four different times. The last time, I got an email two days after the tournament ended that said they hoped ideas doing well and they were pleased to tell me that the ticket, not the several I had, to the tournament that was over can be found in my history.

Another time, i was told my case would be "elevated" after sending them a screenshot, much like you did, and 6 weeks later I have still not heard back. All online poker support is staffed with potatoes, but they seem especially starchy in chat and on the phone here.

Seriously dude? How many posts do you feel you need to make saying the same thing? Instead of spam posting not to play here, that they're terrible and to avoid them, why not point out specifically what was not to your satisfaction and what they could improve upon? I'm not sure what sites you recommend playing at, but if you think the support for this site is bad then I certainly hope you don't recommend playing at any of the other options available to players in the USA. They could all use some improvement.

Looking at your recent post history it appears that you either play at or stake players at Stars. Every recent post I've seen about Stars has said that their response times are awful these days and taking weeks to respond in some instances. It appears that even the biggest site could use some improvement.

I van confirm, PS customer support is also staffed with potatoes. Took two weeks and me forwarding the same email to them twice more to get a response. One that did not address the oh so complicated query.

Have been wanting to deposit to grind some mtts, looks like a decent enough amount of action.

But curious I have seen conflicting things with HEM2/PT4, are you allowed to use them? I have seen people complain about getting emailed that they can't and having funds seized.

Or do I need to use Cardcatcher like I do with Bovada?

Want to play, just don't want to get in trouble ty ty!

I have PT4, and use the Ignition Hand Grabber. The HEMs do not seem to support the Chico network, but I believe you can only get hand histories by using a hud. Ergo, you would need to use Cardcatcher.

If you get one of those emails, pm betonline Mike. He can confirm at this time HUDs are allowed.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong about downloadable hand histories.

FutureInsights sure knows what's up for somebody who doesn't play here.
  • PT4 and HM2/HM3 would require a card catcher.
  • DriveHUD does not require a card catcher since the company that makes it also makes a card catcher for the other HUDs.
  • There might be other HUDs out there that will also work.
  • People have gotten false positive emails for using HUDs in combination with a card catcher.
  • The network provides a free HUD to use if you'd rather not pay for one. It's a Holdem Indicator clone.
  • There are no downloadable hand histories, but you can store them via the client to view in the replayer. You can specify the length of time to store them by visiting the Options menu in the client. Options -> More Options -> History
  • Support has confirmed that HUDs are not against the rules.

Update, they did pay us out. Was over a grand, by the time it went through coinbase it was less than a grand haha. Anyways, they kept the account closed. Its their business they can do what they want, if the account remained open we woulda donked it off im sureso thanks to them. Cheers!

Hi, this is NOT another Theory post, but one of proof and facts. Betonline is one of the biggest scams in online history and should be avoided at all cost!*

** Note: I have not loaded a penny of my own money on the site in two years. I got tired of being scammed.


[ ISSUE 1 ] - Trying to steal 4,000$ from me


This site tried hustling me for 4,000$. They stated I owed them money because of canceled transactions, but this comes after me returning back to the site after 2 years. After them telling me this I spoke to many betonline employees via email (so I'll have proof) and each time it was almost the same story. "Almost" is the key word because each time the amounts when up and not all of the reps said the same thing. After months of fighting I just contacted my banks and got my transactions history and shoved it down their throats. Hours later they told me I don't have to pay (I have screen shots - also added them to the videos). After being allowed to play again I could not when a hand. It was unbelievable just mathematically you can't win or lose every hand, but this was truly happening, I was losing every hand and in the most bizarre ways and by suspect players.*


[ ISSUE 2 ] - Data breache*


One day I was looking back for old emails and came across one from betonline that I never opened. Within this email it contained something else's personal and financial information. I contacted betonline right away to information them. A week goes by and no response. so I continue to inform them via email. After weeks go by I contacted them through chat and while explaining it to the sorry asz rep he started denying such a thing happening and i told him he is wrong and I have hardcore proof. Long story short he stated they'll look into it. Weeks later I contact them again this time the rep stated there is no record of my informing them and I call here out and tell here i still have the old emails and a screen shot of me telling the rep. Long story short again they still haven't addressed the issue and don't care. So I informed the FBI and another agency. Plus the dates of them sending me this other persons information matches close to the dates when you of my bank accounts was cleaned out by a unauthorized user. So I believe they gave my information to someone else or a employee stole my information.*


[ ISSUE 3 ] - Blocking me from chat for reporting bots


So outside of me knowing that employees at betonline are engaging in many forms of cheating this also includes in house bots and bots playing. I've trained against bots and know what to look for.


*In my beginning years (6 years ago) I was involved in a ring game on Bovada where I was taken for 800$ - 900$ which Bovada only returned about 57$. I've also been cheated by a group of bots on Bovada, but they caught it too and returned some of my funds. So I know the feeling of being cheated.


Just recently on betonline I came across another fishy player. Everything about this player a screamed BOT plus no one could beat them. After a while the whole table left and I stayed to play just to study it. I even tried chatting to it and insulting it for a response. I also when to every table it was playing on and each one they had a stack of 30$+ on a small 0.05/0.10 PLO table. An each hand it was in it played the same way depending on the scenario from beting sizes to raising. After figuring it out and purposely losing 8$ to it I loaded up 10$ and started kicking its asz and after it went from 37$ to 14$ it left.*


During all of this I contacted betonline via phone but was hug up on. So I emailed them (still no response days later) and contacted them via chat to report it in real time. Long story short The first rep Gould disconnected me on purpose because I kept asking for a manager because he was just not understanding. The second rep Danna Allen disconnected me because I kept asking for a manager because she was not helping (she also tried other tactics in order to disconnect- shown in photo). The third was the same person but she immediately disconnected me and the forth seem to already know why I was contacting them and blocked my IP address from chatting with them (Photo proof).*


After all of this just trying to report a bot I figured it must be their in house bot. I emailed a different department and got a response, but they stated I was not blocked so I sent a screenshot and the tone changed. I've also not seen that player playing going on 4 days now.*


[ ISSUE 4 ] - Site issue*


Now this happens from time to time but it always seem to happen more when I'm in a big hand or tournament and WINNING (in video). An what I'm talking about is the server issue and error that logs me out, boots me off or disconnects me. 99% of the time I play on my phone that's dedicated to poker. The reason i do this is because i can use my wifi and if something happens where it goes down my data plan would automatically step in so I won't be disconnected.*


Everytime this happens I contact betonline and everytime they blame my internet. It's gotten so fishy and bad to where I now just start recording my screen just to sent it to them. But as usual nothing. They just don't care!*

Points could be used to buy cash bonuses in store for example (not direct cash, but bonus which you need to clear with new points) so its not super easy rakeback but something to keep players more engaged in grinding.

Also buy T$ (tournament dollars) so you can use them to buy-in in mtts and make rebuys/addons (right now players can only buy-in in few mtts with points and not able to rebuy using the points), also in windfals and SNG's
Conversion rate is kinda low ~5% right now, so it takes forever to accumulate decent mtt buy-in. Its gotta be higher to worth something .

Any kind of weekly/monthly freerolls are also good idea to create more traffic when they are happening (either status frerolls or points-based buy-ins)

Thats ridiculous i been grinding all this time i have over 400k points. I probably have given the site over 1000 dollars in rake from that alone and you guys take away being able to use my hard earn points for tournaments worth a dam? thats ludacris you guys should be ashamed. You guys have really done a disservice to the players and the site with this. I know for a fact i wont be 4 tabling high end cash games on the site anymore until this is fixed this was the only real form of rakeback. I have 400k points and can only use them to enter freerolls where the top prize is 10-50 tourny dollars? Jesus you guys are ******s. This needs to be fixed ASAP

Also You guys could actually be the #1-2 poker site in america if you would actually add some decent tournaments besides texas holdem only. You have 1 hi low and 1 omaha tournament a day. on top of that you guys have had the same tournaments for the last year the traffic is there. if you build it it will come. and you shouldnt wait 6 months to a year to implement this.
