The site never disconnects compared to Bovada or any other US-facing site, so sit down and be quiet.

Oh, and I’ll quit when I feel like it, but your solution to “figure out how to beat the bots” ignores the cheating that is occurring and is directly against BOL’s terms and conditions, which doesn’t just affect me, it affects everyone on the site in a negative way.

Honest and hardworking is great when its applied properly. Granted my wife and I broke some term or condition, but we didnt really do anything wrong. We would just like our money back and you can keep her account closed. We keep getting the run around and would just prefere an honest straight forward answer. This is for Sports Betting so not you guys directly but same ****. Could go into this further but to tired and dont care that much done playing poker on these sites.

Must have been a slow night for AFon. I've seen him on $1500+ stacks at .50/1 PLO more times than I can stomach. I shudder to think how much money him and his buddies have cheated out of the PLO pool.

Guys, these are all sides of the same coin. Everybody should be innocent until proven guilty.

We don't want BOL banning people because they detected Pio on their computer or may have detected "illegal software". There have been way too many false positives according to the response to the emails.

By the same token, we should expect it to take time for them to ban suspected bots, especially if we haven't given them proof ourselves. Those of you who can, should provide information(privately to BOLMike, not publicly on the forum) that can prove why one player is a bot and another isn't. The more detailed and verifiable(stats over large sample, video of bot malfunction) the more useful it could be.

But trolling and trashing the one person who is here to help and just complaining about the bots seems counterproductive. I want the bot problem fixed as much as anyone, and I think it will be fixed faster by working with BOLMike, rather than bitching at him.

Honestly, you're a nice guy and helped with the past issue; but, customer service on site is Lucy and every player reaching out is Charlie Brown. Resolution is the football.

Was told to email re affiliate arrangement, almost two weeks with no response. Poker sites should have the people that respond on 2+2 run their entire player communications departments.

I am confused if you played the dollar insanity last week you will have a ticket.
It will only show in the lobby for the players who have been given a ticket.

So I would speak to live support explain the situation, they can check if you played it last week and then register you to the tournament.

I believe you are the only player so far having this issue, so maybe you were not given your ticket. live support will be able to help I am sure.

I had several dollar insanity tickets.....

I can't confirm the PLO bot he has mentioned since I don't play PLO, but I trust FossilKid's knowledge of the PLO bots. I can confirm that the bot accounts he mentioned which play NLHE are, in fact, bots with the matching identical statistics to the other bot accounts. He's not just talking out of his ass.


Nearly everybody with an account on the network had tickets. It is my understanding from Mike's post that only people enrolled in the tournament are receiving a compensation ticket. I had 10 tickets, which I believe was the max, but I never enrolled.

I was enrolled, mentioned it here when it was freezing up. Such as been my experience with tickets ice been 'awarded'. Three times and three times either locked out, unable to reg, or just dont show....like today's.

Closing in on two weeks waiting for a response to bring our group on board as an affiliate. 350+ players, micro stakes up to $200/400 pot limit games. Graham, think that's his name, emailed me once and apologized for the jerking off, read all the notes and chat.

If that's he case then there's obviously some kind of issue with the ticket compensation process. I think that sucks, but I'm not surprised given how much of a cluster**** that tournament seemed to cause. Hopefully they can provide you with some compensation for your troubles.


I don't believe that's at all what he's saying. I think you have the wrong impression of Sam. He's definitely one of the good guys from all indications based on his posting history in the previous network network thread.

Have you tried not sorting by freerolls? Since it's a weird ticket awarded system it may not show up under those? idk

I know PIO is apparently flagging their detections software or at least used to be causing issues. Anyone know if it's okay to have Flopzilla open? Obviously not to use live (that wouldn't be feasible, with how I use it at least) but I like to play a long session (I play cash) and then just play a tourney and relax/have fun while I'm going over a couple hands in Flopzilla.

Yeah, just doesn't show for me at all. Evidently it only shows for those that were in the Dollar Disaster, which I clearly was and even discussed it freezing up ITT when it was running.

It's the norm. They've sent me several phantom tickets I was never able to play. One future mensa member in customer disservice asked me to take a screenshot of it and email her. It was going to be "elevated to priority" status. Luls....6 weeks or so later they never responded, like every other email or promise from customer support that Mike here did not effect.

** I now see the Dollar Insanity Reboot with no tickets for me. Lol, BOL hires their customer service staff from The Comedy Shop in West Hollywood. Well done!

If I was to give an award for the most inept run network, BOL would be a shoe-in finalist.

Four fugazi tickets awarded for games I was never able to enter. Two weeks and three emails trying to set up an affiliate. Customer service phone told me they didn't have an affiliate program because I already have an account. Then she said to contact poker@...... and commissionkings is not associated with them. After the 4th time explaining the same thing over again, how it's a link on the BOL.ag website, she said to email support@commissionkings to ask how long it will take them to answer my prior email to them. Pure genius.

We only have a couple hundred players looking to expand and play on other networks. Easy to understand how we would be of little interest to them, so that makes sense. -__-

No response from contacting them while the reboot for dollar insanity was happening. No response from the ticket I was awarded couple months back after speaking with online chat and she telling me she was elevating it to priority status.

They are good at asking me to make a deposit. I'll give them that.

Mike, it has been around a month since we first heard about compiling a list of prohibited and allowed software. It seems like quite a long time, has any progress been made?

At the moment I don't have an update on when the list will be ready.
