Apologies for the late response. I was traveling last week so have been doing some catching up with post that are pending.

I believe some new satellites that were introduced had a rule at one point were if you had already qualified for the Main Event you wouldn't be able to register for more. Those were some trial satellites that were being tested but that rule should not affect the bigger Megas 50x and 25x.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so let me know and I will have the team look into it.

Is there an official explanation on what exactly is supposed to happen with excess 109 main event tickets? If I ever have extra that I don't need to use to additional bullets, they always disappear as soon as late reg ends and then I have to bother support to either get T$ or re-issue the ticket. Not sure if there's a "normal" operating procedure.

I've raised the concern to the Tournaments Team. From what I understand there is a time frame when un-used tickets become unavailable for a short period of time when a change in the normal schedule takes place. For instance, when the $150,000 becomes a $200,000 or a $250,000. There is a manual process there but eventually tickets get re-asigned.

I've asked the Team to look into this and see if they can come up with a standard procedure that I can share with you guys and on the websites for transparency.

Folding preflop is a good strategy late in qualifiers near ITM. Doesn't work as well HU.

Hello, I've been playing chico for couple of years, everything was great site was really great had good security good games etc.
I was always playing same schedule, same ip and same games nothing really changed. Month ago I received this email
They asked me to explain what relations I have with this guy named .Odin. so I told them the true - I don't know who he is and never met the guy.
I really thought there is no way I will get banned cause I never violated chico rules and it would be impossible for them to have proofs of me cheating somehow.
Investigation took a month and then they send me this
Ok, so I found out who the guy .Odin. is, he was playing 7s hu's idk he was reg or not, but I was 60s reg, so let's think about it, me rather of playing 60s I would go and play 7s on his acc on my free time? my acc wasn't even playing much time, 6h max a day and not even everyday, plus my ip loggs were clean 100% , no one ever have accesed my acc instead of me.
I asked them what proofs they have against me, but reiceived some bs answer, They literally have zero proofs I know this cause I know I never cheated and it would be not possible.

Yesterday after a few months of inactivity for personal reasons, I tried to play some poker on my online account. For SOME unexplained reason it showed account locked, contact customer service.
I sent several emails to different BOL addresses in my email account but I got no answer. After half a day I tried to log back in with the same message but I found a live chat button and contacted BOL and was assured that my account would be reopened as soon as possible. The account had less than $200 in funds.
About 10:00 pm last night I got a call from a Pennsylvania phone number saying he was with BetOnline and asked me numerous questions like address, DOB, how I funded my account etc.
The last straw was the guy wanted me to send a picture of my ID, a picture of me HOLDING said ID and a utility bill. I told him this was stupid, unnecessary and I wasnÂ’t going to do it.
So I guess I wonÂ’t be playing on my BOL account and they will keep my money.
I hope this never happens to any of you, but IÂ’d seriously rethink playing there if I were you

I never agreed to log in or play every day, every week or even monthly and it’s not written in their terms of service.

Normal verification with id and utility bill is standard yes.

After reading your comment I realized I've done this on Coinbase and cashapp as well. I wasn't really commenting on holding the ID for a pic even though I've done that many times. This request is newer within the last 5-7 years. I was just letting him know that giving this info in general is basically normal
