I am trading emails with betonline, is very frustrating! Overall what I can say is: Never deposit a certain amount in this site, if you are american (I am not btw, but my situation in my country is far worse than yours!) and need a place to play poker just deposit a small amount cause they don´t track properly the results in this site! It´s a shame! Yesterday I had to rollver 300$ and after I retaliate that I´ve played in the same day 20 SNG of 15$ (20 x 15$=300$, more than it was left) they came today with an aswer that is only needed 60$ to rollover! Today I´ve played again 75$ worth of SNG (windfalls or something like that). What do you think they are going to answer now? One thing is for sure, they aren´t going to pay me!

Is the rollover requirement in rake?

I think they should add some kind of progress meter to the client so that people will know where they stand. It seems like whatever they're using currently isn't tracking you properly.

Dude, at this moment I don't even know exactly! I just want this to be over but if is in rake is takes a very long time really if u you need to deposit a proper bankroll to play.

I know now that the rollover doesn't consider only the rake but the buy in. Glad I've solved this awkward situation!

i deposited on betonline to cover a negative $53 balance due to a mistake by my wife on an unrecognized charge (cashback) because i didn't want to have my account banned. i was going to play some omaha but the stakes i was comfortable with and liked to play were hardly ever running or always the same regs at one table so i decided to cash out. i would probably wait for a tourney series or until i save more $ to deposit again. first i had to do the withdrawal twice because they said i had a negative balance the first time (duh i depoisted to clear it)

now, after first waiting for cc to clear (48hrs) and my two withdrawals (24hr each) ,they're telling me they won't cash me out until i 1x rollover. i did gamble some and won a little, probably cleared 30% at least, but im not comfortable with this right now as the stakes i want hare very sparse. they tell you not to gqmble with money you can't afford to lose, and then force you to gamble when on a deposit not even attached to a bonus? this is a terrible thing to do, and have not experienced it at any other site so how am I to know? is there a betonline rep on here

they know i play poker, they really need to make me risk -my money- to squeeze this little rake out of the deal? i also paid like $14 just on charges to deposit maybe more with whatever the cc company will charge me! come on betonline

i sent email 10hrs ago to paymentservice explaining my situation and no response? they asked why. anyone work here at this site? almost as useless as acr! sure they crash ten times a day and have a 1 person staff but at least there's no ransom involved with depositing

they hold ALL deposits for 1x rollover ransom yet fail to mention this when you deposit

price: $190 deposit
price: $14 fees *not including what your CC company will charge for international transaction*
added bonus price to withdraw your own money without even a bonus attached: $190 rollover

playing on unregulated site with PLO table full of bots and when you want to cash out they say nahhhh: priceless

do visa gift card deposits go through? any certain kind? also i'm living at home but ID is from out of state. not changing it until i get my own place again. will withdrawing be a problem without a utility bill or ID to match the address i'm going to have on my account because i'll need a check sent here. my mom could verify with utility bill if needed.

I think Betonline has the best mobile platform. I just wish there were more players. So far I requested a small Bitcoin withdrawal and if it goes through without too much stress I'll be playing a lot more. It's been a great playing experience so far in all honesty.

Need some help with this issue and/or clarification.

Last month I signed up with BetOnline and deposited $2000 using EcoPayz. The other day I went to test the withdrawal process and to my surprise EcoPayz was not an option. My options were limited to crypto currency and bankwire. My preferred method is to have withdrawals sent to my ecoPayz account. I'd rather not deal with exchanges and currency fluctuations within crypto.

Betonline support informed me my options were limited to the ones listed in my withdrawal column.

My questions:

1) Does anyone have Ewallet options available to them on BetOnline for withdrawal? Is EcoPayz one of them?

2) Tiger Gaming appears to accept this as a form of withdrawal? Opinions here, are they a reliable and trustworthy skin?

I'd like to keep my business with BetOnline but this is definitely an issue for me and I'm just puzzled as they did accept my withdrawal from this method and it's odd that it would not be an option for my withdrawal.

If you're not a US resident then TigerGaming should be no different than the other skins. I'm not even sure if they are still not accepting US residents since the latest update to their rules page only mentions New Jersey as restricted. It previously mentioned the entire US.

It is strange, but I've seen similar transaction restrictions at other sites with cryptocurrency where you were allowed to deposit with a less popular coin, but not be able get a withdrawal via the same type of coin. I'm not sure what the deal is.

I'm not sure how familiar you are with cryptocurrency, but you really don't have to be exposed to price swings for very long if you know what you're doing. You could have your funds sent to you in crypto and back into USD within minutes if you have it set up properly.

Hello everybody! I have been playing at Tigergaming for several years. Today I made a 1300$ deposit via Skrill. It was successful. Though I could see a page that transaction is pending and awaiting confirmation. After several hours funds still have not hit my account. I'm really pissed off. In live chat they told me repeatedly to wait some more time , but then just offered to send them screenshots . But their support seem to reply forever via email. SO I'm starting to panic because 1300$ is a big deal for me atm. Could Mike kindly review this issue and try to help me out as soon as possible?
