The support is awful, they told me the same thing "you must complete the rollover, there's nothing we can do because of our systems." Eventually they did allow me to forfeit my bonus after much back and forth between support and my affiliate manager. I also had to give up $80~ I profited from the bonus.

You'd think the site would realize how awful these situations look where someone is locked out of cashing out until they're broke or complete a ridiculous rollover.

i deposited on betonline to cover a negative $53 balance due to a mistake by my wife on an unrecognized charge (cashback) because i didn't want to have my account banned. i was going to play some omaha but the stakes i was comfortable with and liked to play were hardly ever running or always the same regs at one table so i decided to cash out. i would probably wait for a tourney series or until i save more $ to deposit again. first i had to do the withdrawal twice because they said i had a negative balance the first time (duh i depoisted to clear it)

now, after first waiting for cc to clear (48hrs) and my two withdrawals (24hr each) ,they're telling me they won't cash me out until i 1x rollover. i did gamble some and won a little, probably cleared 30% at least, but im not comfortable with this right now as the stakes i want hare very sparse. they tell you not to gqmble with money you can't afford to lose, and then force you to gamble when on a deposit not even attached to a bonus? this is a terrible thing to do, and have not experienced it at any other site so how am I to know? is there a betonline rep on here

i sent email 10hrs ago to paymentservice explaining my situation and no response? they asked why. anyone work here at this site? almost as useless as acr! sure they crash ten times a day and have a 1 person staff but at least there's no ransom involved with depositing

I think Betonline has the best mobile platform. I just wish there were more players. So far I requested a small Bitcoin withdrawal and if it goes through without too much stress I'll be playing a lot more. It's been a great playing experience so far in all honesty.

Need some help with this issue and/or clarification.

Last month I signed up with BetOnline and deposited $2000 using EcoPayz. The other day I went to test the withdrawal process and to my surprise EcoPayz was not an option. My options were limited to crypto currency and bankwire. My preferred method is to have withdrawals sent to my ecoPayz account. I'd rather not deal with exchanges and currency fluctuations within crypto.

Betonline support informed me my options were limited to the ones listed in my withdrawal column.

My questions:

1) Does anyone have Ewallet options available to them on BetOnline for withdrawal? Is EcoPayz one of them?

2) Tiger Gaming appears to accept this as a form of withdrawal? Opinions here, are they a reliable and trustworthy skin?

I'd like to keep my business with BetOnline but this is definitely an issue for me and I'm just puzzled as they did accept my withdrawal from this method and it's odd that it would not be an option for my withdrawal.

I believe only TigerGaming allows EcoPayz withdrawals. At least that's what I'm seeing posted elsewhere.

If you're not a US resident then TigerGaming should be no different than the other skins. I'm not even sure if they are still not accepting US residents since the latest update to their rules page only mentions New Jersey as restricted. It previously mentioned the entire US.

It is strange, but I've seen similar transaction restrictions at other sites with cryptocurrency where you were allowed to deposit with a less popular coin, but not be able get a withdrawal via the same type of coin. I'm not sure what the deal is.

I'm not sure how familiar you are with cryptocurrency, but you really don't have to be exposed to price swings for very long if you know what you're doing. You could have your funds sent to you in crypto and back into USD within minutes if you have it set up properly.
