I deposited money a few years ago. Was unable to withdraw because I "didn't meet qualifications of the bonus from my deposit" A couple of years go by, I want to get back into poker. I download the site, and find my account is at $0. I used chat, and they put me into contact with support. Support asked for an email that I found showing my balance. I forwarded it on 4 different times, with replies from multiple different people asking me what they can do to assist with the email, or I am asked to send the email again, with either no response or asking what they can do with the email all over again. When I called, they asked for me to send the email again, then the person on the phone said they never got my email, but someone responded to the email?
Please advise.
