They don't want to acknowledge the deposit I made a few days ago for LTC in the amount of 1k USD, all the proofs were sent by mail but they don't respond and the live support is worse than talking to a bot.

They're no scammers, calm down. It's a holiday weekend, Chris will likely be able to help you Monday. Try their Twitter, but don't make comments like scammer or anything like that. You're asking for help. That kind of name calling will increase desire to help you a total of zero percent.

I'm having a problem with my account. I can see my balance in the client, and when I'm logged in to play via Chrome and Edge web sites. But when I click over to My Account, so I can deposit/withdraw/etc, it shows I have a 0.00 balance. This is true on both browsers, so I'm thinking it wouldn't be a cookies issue?

Has anyone seen this before? Or advice on how to handle?

Betonline's "live chat" rep confirmed that the money was in the account, but didn't help otherwise.

You probably have money in your poker balance but none in your sportsbook balance. You can easily transfer between the two.

Question about withdrawal fees, why is there a $50 USD fee to make a simple bank withdrawal?
Every other site I play on it is free (stars, william hill etc)

---also this $50 fee used to get waived once per month if you cashed out on a friday EST - where has this gone? (live support tells me it never existed, yet I have made 15+ cashouts with the fee returned to my account each time making it the cheapest option to withdraw as long as it was once per month)

I have also noticed now using bank wire, I also get more bank fees, every cashout I have made recently has come from random banks from different countries, sometimes 1 fee, sometimes 2 fees (Mostly $20 usd + like $15 USD) + the fee my local bank charges ($10 USD equivalent).

Yes, there are other cashout options, but this method was the lowest fees originally when I was using it (neteller, skrill take huge chunks as well - and if you use bitcoin then cashout you have to also pay tax) -- in New Zealand there is no tax on gambling, so I also try to avoid this option unless I want to own more of a certain crypto.

Is this $50 fee basically to funnel more people to use other methods? Why do you payout from so many random banks / countries? (some of which put more fees on the customer, assuming passing money through more steps / banks is the cause)

Glad to finally see that it's not just me. Apparently it's a known issue that's currently being investigated, but they are having a tough time figuring it out. It occurs when the transfer wallet pop-up hits a message that says "Failed Transfer Process." I had over $2,600 vanish as well.

My balance has just now been fully recovered and credited to the main account (sports). It was within the 48-hour timeframe they quoted when I first escalated to Poker Ops late on Tuesday.

Will probably ask them for a $109 ticket or similar.

Hey, why is there a 2-times-per-week withdrawal limit? With latest withdrawal-speed it doesn't seem like the payout-team is "caught up" too much with too many requests to be fair.
Or does the 2-times-withdrawal limit apply per Cryptocurrency? For example, can I request 2 withdrawals per week via BTC and in addition 2 withdrawals via Litecoin per week, for example?
Only reason why I'd prefer more frequent withdrawals is because I don't want to be sitting with much money on a site/network which doesn't give a f*** about responsible gaming as probably the only one of the top15 sites (but that's another story and my own responsibility as well of course)

Every time I go to the cashier on the poker client to move funds back and forth from sportsbook to poker a window with a captcha to prove I'm human opens up. Once I click said captcha and after only a few seconds loading the window closes and I cannot open it again until I restart the client.

So far live chat has helped me to move funds back and forth but is a PITA to ask them every time as it takes at least 5 minutes vs a few seconds if I can do on my own.

I contacted support via email and they said they'll look into it but so far I got no response after they asked me to submit a "screenshot of the problem" which I obviously cannot submit because it's just a window closing.

Also another issue I have is that evertime I request a deposit via BTC and I send the amount requested on the client, that amount is short.

Ok, so I'm in touch with live help right now and they're saying something about a "p2sh address" that is eating up $25ish everytime I deposit $500.
