I am told there's a manual review that happens for payouts in which the customer only plays poker. For Sports betting it is pretty straight forward and the system does it automatically but when calculating the rollover for poker they consider the amounts you are risking in each game (cash games, tournaments, etc.) as this was mainly a promotion designed for their Sports audience.

I was not able to get the exact formula used but I can reach out to them with your specific case should you have a reward and would like to verify its status before cashing out.

Spoke to their Payments Team and at the moment they are only accepting USDC (USD Coin) and not USDT (Tether).

They also mentioned that USDC is only available as an erc-20 token which is sent over the ETH blockchain.

Probably a dumb question but they are doing a 50% reload bonus up to $500 right now. I assume you get the 50% by their rake terms? (released in $5 increments of $50 rake)?

The terms say "RAKEBACK" bonus but the main page doesn't make any mention of it. And do people actually take advantage of these? I pay the micros so $50 in rake takes a lot of hands just grind out $5. I guess it's better than nothing. lol TIA.

$5 released for every $50 in rake boils down to 10% rakeback. you can track the progress by clicking the little gift icon on the bottom left corner of the software.

Will try to address your concerns below:

1. 100% up to $1,000 first deposit bonus is a drip bonus which is released into your account at $5 for every $50 in rake. It will hit your account as a "locked bonus" and its based on your rake correct.

2. 5% Bitcoin Boost gets credited in cash into your account but for poker activity the rollover is calculated based on your cash bets and buy-ins, not rake (i.e. if you buy in for a 10+1 tourney all $11 count towards your rollover or if you play cash games, your cash bets will add up to your rollover as well) It won't be rake-based as a regular "locked bonus" would.

3. Non-bonused deposits are subject to the 1x rollover (bets and total buy-ins + fees are again considered here for poker activity - not rake), or subject to a small processing fee if you wish to request a payout prior to that rollover.

Hi Chris, I appreciate the fast response. I'm still not understanding everything clearly, so looking for further clarification.

Point 1 -- I understand the drip bonus $5 for every $50 in rake part. Seems like I would have to rake $10,000 in 30 days to unlock the full 1k bonus. This doesn't seem at all possible given the limited amount of traffic for the stakes/games I am looking to play. With that said, I am ok with not being able to unlock the full amount of the bonus.
