Hello. I have been trying to withdraw a portion of my roll but it says I have not completed rollover. I deposited and used a crypto reload bonus. Is it possible to clear that with poker alone? I don’t use the other parts. Also is it possible for me to track how close I am to rollover? It is weird that I can’t even withdraw a portion of my roll unrelated to the bonus. I used code crpyto35 if that helps. Thanks.

I got hit with the same ****. You can only bet on sports to complete the roll over. Live Support lied and told me there was no expiry date but after I looked at the ToS for Crypto35 I found out it expires 30 days after depositing. So now I am waiting.

Yea live support was no help to me either. Can we get an official comment? Is there anyway I could just have that extra money removed.

I am really sorry about this, dwb3 and Trompe. I believe somebody previously had an issue with this recently. I believe once you have accepted the bonus you are now tied into the terms and conditions.
I will try and get some more information about this, bit always be careful when accepting any bonus funds on any gaming site. This way you will know exactly what needs to be done to meet the requirements, I always send live chat a message before I deposit on any poker/casino site.

Okay appreciate the response. Please find out a solution though. If we just have to wait the 30 days before withdrawing that is perfectly acceptable. If we need to sportsbet to withdraw that is not fair and will need a desperate solution even willing to forfeit the bonus.

Before you take any bonus on any site speak to live support so they can answer all the questions related to the bonus.
I believe this one needs to be played through in casino games, but as I said before accepting it speak to live chat. Also you are not able to cancel this particular bonus, so definitely speak to the live support before using it.

Pretty shade that you can’t willingly cancel a bonus. Also bad that it doesn’t track how close you are to rollover.

Funds aren't tied for 30 days like I first thought after reading the terms of service. You are not allowed to withdraw until you meet the roll over requirement. I've played on pokerstars, party poker, 888, ggpoker, RIO, Ultimate Bet, and more sites that I can not remember, and they never had a policy like this.

It is predatory and it'll cost the site players. Lets say you deposit $100 using the Crypto35 "bonus". They give you $35 in free play for sports and then combined the $35 in freeplay with the $100 in deposits to come up with the 6x rollver amount of $810. Now in order to ever cash out again you MUST place $810 in sports bets, live sports betting doesn't count.


So lets say someone uses that bonus code and then loses their money playing poker. Why would anyone redeposit knowing they still have to clear that bonus before they can ever cash out? It doesn't make sense and is very grimey.

Have to agree with the sentiment of the thread that these do take a strangely long amount of time. Still being "reviewed".

I have talked about how awful the promotions are at BetOnline but I will also defend them when it comes to pay outs. Crypto cashouts take 1-3 business days to confirm and then they're sent out quickly. July 4th I cashed out $3000+ via bitcoin and it was in my wallet by July 6th.

Sure it would obviously be nice if it was instant or quicker. I've received both of my most recent bitcoin withdrawals in under 48hrs. of their stated business hours for processing transactions. I think that's a perfectly reasonable amount of time.
