Hey, you could try Tigergaming, but no clue if they still offer it. They used to. If not, there is no site offering it.

BTC payouts have been mostly lightning fast for a while now, but my last few CAD Interac payouts have been almost the same. In my bank account within 30 minutes of requesting. With a no vig, mid-market exchange rate to boot. Bravo, you love to see it!

Hi

Sorry if its a silly question, but is this also for Tigergaming( all chico network).

I stake some players on chico and all seem to have the same problem when trying to cashout even after fully verifying their accounts. It says state/province doesn't match country, and it says Alberta/Canada, you can't fix it, system has it blocked.

For the stablecoins like usdt and usdc, is it only on the ETH network? Thus if you deposit stablecoin or withdraw, it has to be ETH and cannot be the other chains?

Chris, is there any method to use besides the chat agents for an issue with a CC charge that was never deposited? I had a deposit attempt with a CC that was met with failure from BetOnline, but your payment processor took it and it was charged to me in full. I've talked to a few chat agents and sent proof of the BetOnline mails, payment processor E-mail, bank statements, etc, and only the last person escalated it to the 'finance team'. Three days have passed since then with no contact.

I have been playing after depositing successfully with a different CC - this has nothing to do with those. Not disputing anything there at all. Not trying to do any slimey scammy stuff.

I got my hopes up too early. After sending multiple bank statements of both cards involved, all transaction IDs, all BetOnline emails and payment processor emails, I'm getting responses from customer service saying completely wrong information. Telling me "talk to your bank lol" when a previous agent told me this and the bank said they would recommend disputing it as fraud (they confirmed the funds were taken). I told them this already as well, and that I did not start a dispute in the hopes that BOL would make this right.

I withdrew BTC Friday and Saturday, do I have to wait until Friday to make another crypto withdrawal? I noticed I was unable to withdraw to an altcoin.

I have $1.30BM in my cashier. I believe it is from the latest Pai Gow leaderboard. How do I convert it to actual dollars? I thought all I had to do was play cash games but that didn't work.

BM stands for Bonus Money which is a currency that is used to reward players in Casino Leaderboards in the poker client. You can use that in any Casino game inside the poker platform.

GB or "Game Bonus" is another type of currency that can only be used in Cash Games.

I want to deposit using crypto but honestly I have no clue how to do that. Can anyone help me out? I've always felt that the process seemed complicated. I usually deposit using CC but am not interested in withdrawaling via check or wire transfer and paying outrageous fees. Tia

When I tried cashing out via check by courier, apparently there was no way around paying a $50 per check fee. They use to give out one check free per month but I'm guessing they did away with this?

I feel like I’m trapped inside of some weird movie right now. I’ve been on the phone with BOL customer service for 51 minutes. I just finished talking with a supervisor but it did not make me feel any better at all. He kept saying “I can see something isn’t right, but I don’t want to make any statements.”


My money vanished into thin air when I tried to transfer it from poker to the cashier/sportsbook. The whole system lagged, I got a pop-up saying it was unavaliable. But then my poker balance was $0 and it never went into my sportsbook account. $1931.38 just flat out missing and it’s been almost two days.

If a BOL rep sees this I NEED SOME HELP.

Think you're the 3rd person with this issue and seems like same response for all. At least they know it's an issue, almost sure to get it fixed but who knows how long

Made 3 deposits via BTC recently of $500 each. Sent with the fee I normally use and there were no major fluctuations in BTC price in the 10mins or so that it took for the deposit to be credited to my account yet the three times the amount was $450.

I talked to Live Chat and they say is a problem with my wallet provider. I use Electrum and been using it for years with BOL both for deposits and cashouts and this is the first time that happens.

Any idea what can be going on or where those $150 have went?

Two days ago I opened my account in your poker platform and I made 2 deposits, the first one for LTC which until now is not updated in my account and the second one for ADA which is updated.
I know that some wallets that you use are updated from time to time and most likely something similar has happened.
I have spoken to live support many times and have spent 5 hours trying to solve this, I have sent another email to support/cashier and have no reply.
I am very frustrated that I will probably lose that money because of their bad deposit service.

Are you allowed to deposit with MasterCard if located in New York? I used that method elsewhere, and then abruptly last week that shows up as not an accepted deposit method “in my region.” Just trying to find out if this works before going through effort of making an account. Thanks

I dis two small cc deposits, $100 each and they charges me double fee both times. CS said it didn't happen. Might be the worst way to deposit.
