I got my hopes up too early. After sending multiple bank statements of both cards involved, all transaction IDs, all BetOnline emails and payment processor emails, I'm getting responses from customer service saying completely wrong information. Telling me "talk to your bank lol" when a previous agent told me this and the bank said they would recommend disputing it as fraud (they confirmed the funds were taken). I told them this already as well, and that I did not start a dispute in the hopes that BOL would make this right.
