Hey Pantalaimon,

I have also seen a few rare cases of this happening still. Could you help me send a report to the IT crew?

1. Go to the footer menu in your poker application and click HELP
2. Click on REPORT AN ISSUE, then tick the box called "INCLUDE PERIOD"
3. Select the date when you had the issue and hit OK.
4. A compressed zip folder will pop up containing your log files for that date

Send me those via email to chris.l@betonline.ag so that I can forward them to the team.

If you happen to remember an approximate time when the issue occurred, or hand number, let me know in the email. Also make sure to include your poker nickname.

Thanks for your help!

Chris

I post a link to this thread and suddenly "oh my apologies, looks like that could be an issue better do it that way then"

Just follow the advice from a dewd and you'll be fine.

Is it guaranteed to happen, no. I'd not take the chance though. Use a non kyc wallet between exchange and poker/gambling sites, the quick simple step provides a great layer of protection.

yeah was planning on sending cardano but they don't accept the layer that coinbase operates on so swapped it into bch which has like no sending fee and moved it to a new non kyc wallet

test amount of 1 penny just arrived so sent the rest and network seems rather slow now cause that took several hours the first time so we'll probably have the deposit done tomorrow

I'm assuming the crypto 100% bonus up to 1k is the best option and just send that

What is the time bank on here for NL holdem?

also could anyone give an honest assessment of how the NLH games are from like 100-500nl?

Thanks!

Best case scenario it's just a group of euros who run the tables and alert eachother when a spot joins or worst case scenario they are working together in a more extreme way than this. Either way, gives very sketchy vibes and I guess you will have to REALLY trust the security team to assume there is 0 shady business going on.
Its a seating script.

1. Shorter than alot of sites.

2. Not great. Not the worst.

Has anyone here played PLO on both ignition / bovada and here? I am wondering how the games compare here vs. there over the past few months at stakes raning from PLO25 - 200. I am thinking of making a deposit becuase ignition / bovada have become, IMO, unplayable, due to a massive uptick in difficulty, RTA tools causing massive amounts of preflop tanking, and influx of bots.

Every site is going to be infested with RTA tools now. For the most part, your only shot at being profitable at decent stakes long term is to play in whale-filled pools.

In my experience, Betonline is marginally better than Ignition lately, but still falls WAY short of region-locked sites. Betonline also doesn't have a robust rakeback or bonus program, in fact it's one of the worst (similar to ignition).

Just started playing on Betonline again since a couple years ago. I'm playing micros. Last two days up about $50. But HM3 says I'm up $300 or so . Looks like both session profits are wayyyy offf in HM3. I'm on Windows 10 using HM3 with Card Catcher. Not sure how to fix this.

I do use run it twice the rare times when i do go all in but i dont think it should affect much at all .

Has anyone suspected there being bots playing at the 25nl Boost tables? There are a couple of players that I have my eye on who seem like pretty obvious bots to me. Quite a few players topping the leaderboard recently getting point totals higher than anyone else has before that I've noticed, and they're all playing the same overly nitty style

Or maybe they're on the top of the leaderboard because their nitty play allows them to play long sessions without a headache? Whether it was WPN or GG, the leaderboard was usually dominated by nitty or harmless, break-even regs, because in order to put in this insane amount of volume you need to simplify your game and sacrifice EV, unless you are a God.

But sure, if you have serious proof or suspicion, get in touch with the support team and I'm pretty confident they'll look into it, but I'm afraid just providing a name with comment such as "he plays a lot and has nitty stats" won't be enough

Well of course lol, that’s why I simply said that I had suspicions in this thread, versus actually contacting them immediately

And that was definitely my first thought, but at least a couple of these screen names seem to be playing around the clock, and as I also had said, their point totals are significantly higher than I’ve ever seen for players topping the leaderboard

If I had a bot, it would be pretty silly to let it top the leaderboard or earn insane amount of points and raise suspicion... Did you try to talk to them? In cyrillic?

Hi whitemares,

You can send me those poker nicknames in a private message and I can have the Game Integrity run a review on them.

Thanks,
Chris

@BetOnline Chris

if I suspect someone using RTA or Sitting scripts what is the best way to inform/send message to support?

Also, I've noticed a lot of grimming going on at NL200 & NL500 from some regs. Can I report them as well? if how ? where? Thanks!

Hey 76offsuit,

The best way would be to send your report directly to the Game Integrity Team. You can reach them directly at these email addresses:

gameintegrity@betonline.ag
gameintegrity@sportsbetting.ag
gameintegrity@tigergaming.com

I believe they also share with you an outcome of the review if you include your account details.

Regards,
Chris

Been playing 500 and 1k a bunch the past few weeks and the regs are really good about policing grimming actually imo. There are only a couple guys I've noticed who always grim

Email I received from BetOnline about the updates, this is at the very bottom of the email lol:

Important Changes to Poker Rules – March 1st

Please be advised that effective March 1st, revisions will be made to the “rake cap” - the maximum rake deducted from the pot - in certain stake levels. We kindly request that all players take a moment to review these changes on our Poker Rules page.

The rake increase is a straight up killer, or am I missing something?
03-01-2023 , 06:18 AM
From what I've found, only nl25 and lower will benefit from the change, the rest got rekt. Cap increased by ~25% on average? 2/5 from $5 to $7?

Also:
Effective March 1st, 2023. SportsBetting.ag reserves the right to change this rake structure at any time.

is this a 1st march joke?

been barely playable prior

okay u guys think u are GG poker nr2
but you will be pokerstars nr2

glgl

lol hahahaha
03-01-2023 , 09:46 AM
u guys think u have reasonable traffic all across i guess, right?

give it a few months (until even largest leftover idiots realize they are breaking even / losing)

ull make some extra money during this period w extra rake for urself tho, so thats a win.

i guess thats the reaction u wanted from regs anyways = so thats another win.
03-01-2023 , 12:16 PM
Had to check the date to make sure it was actually March 1st and not April 1st.

They already had one of the highest effective rakes at most stakes only behind GG network. Their games aren't soft enough to justify any rake increase, raising it this much is insane! Regs should be playing elsewhere until Chico management come to their senses.

Even if the cap didn't increase at some stakes the rake% did.

Here is the previous rake structure.

Here are the current rake structures.
