I think it’s standard for the security review but I will say that you aren’t the first person to post about this. It seems like every bad beat jackpot hit someone comes on here complaining about the way they handle it. There seems to always be an issue

I believe this is pretty common. If you've done nothing wrong than I don't believe there should be anything to worry about and your funds should be available to withdraw soon. If you don't have access to your funds within the week then please update us with what they're telling you about the reason for the delay.


I would guess it's been less than 10% of time that somebody has came here and posted about it when thinking back and knowing how many bad beat jackpots have been won over the years, though I don't have exact numbers.

If you think about it, a bad beat jackpot win and subsequent cash out is often going to be for 5 figures and is often the largest withdrawal amount a player has requested to that point. So it seems pretty normal to me that a review process would happen more often for that situation to make sure they're not sending a bunch of money to somebody who doesn't deserve it.

Any possibility of higher stakes getting added, like 2knl / 5knl? I'd like to try your site again, but it'd be nice if the offerings were more competitive with Ignition & ACR.

I believe there is plans to beta test PLO5 and PLO6 games over the next couple of days.

Let me confirm and I can update this thread if that is the case.

My understanding is that a large group of players were surveyed recently and those where the most voted games.

Hi there,

Table themes can be changed by going to SETTINGS (located in the footer navigation), then MORE OPTIONS, and then THEMES. You'll see the 2 options available "MOVE" and "EDGE".

Another way is from the actual table, click the gear icon (top right corner of the table) to open the OPTIONS menu, then click THEMES.

Update on "Wait for Big Blind" issue:

Guys,

There was a software upgrade this morning (Dec 21st) that is meant to fix the bug affecting the "Wait for Big Blind" feature. As described by some players "my wait for BB will not stick or randomly will post my blinds or unchecked".

If any of you can confirm that this is the case that would be awesome.

I believe the site is still in a soft-launch mode with new 5-Card PLO games and they are only offering 3 stake-levels at the moment with plans to include other variants and structures. I do know next in line for release is 6-Card PLO which should come early next year. I am not aware of BigO in the plans as of yet but will escalate the question.

Just an FYI.

The weekly $10,000 NLHE, $5,000 PLO and $2,500 Sit & Go Leaderboards are moving into a Sunday to Sunday schedule as of January 1st. You won't see them start today as usual but you should see them available this Sunday at 12:00pm ET.

Also, a few of you have asked about the PLO one not counting the new 5-Card PLO games. This is only temporary while the soft-launch phase ends, they'll soon be added to the leaderboard.

The 5 handed tables are a little odd for plo5. Doesn’t make much sense to me but at least the games are running

Its 5 handed because they allow to run it 3 times which is no other site does. It should be 6 handed and allowing to run it twice only. New PLO tables break up fast because no one wants to play 4 people. And it is odd that they dont have a single 10c/25c table available
