compared to Bovada/Ignition... how would you rate NL25 and NL50 on BetOnline? BOL softer? harder?... just looking for a good place to mainly play cash games

The rakeback promo that ended last night was advertised all week at $7500, but they seemed to have changed it to $5000 either at the last minute, or this morning... lol

I recieved a 2200$ refund. I play 2/5-5/10 PLO on the network.

There's different levels. I was in the $7500 that just ended. Got 17th for like $91.xx. I for some reason am now in the $5000 one.

It would be nice to know a description of these levels besides being automatically put into "determined skill levels" as per the advertisements. I do like the attempt at having different rake races and not having to compete against higher stakes. Just a little transparency please.

The prizes from the races and leaderboards should have been adjusted so that all the prize money was paid out.
I have been told within the next hour or 2 everything will have been sorted regarding the TOT leaderboards.

Hi, I used to play as lagasbg in Betonline, I barely played there since the pandemic started, I probably played up to 5k hands these last 6-7 months there I would assume, I got locked around a month and half ago and sent all the documents the support requested, they never stated a reason for locking my account or whatever, I didnt do anything wrong or against the rules, meanwhile this happened I sent 50k to their btc adress by mistake, I instantly called them on phone and they said they would send the money back, even tho they threated this as a deposit and discounted a % from my affiliate, after that I talked 2 times on phone with support and they said they would send my money back and all would be good a few weeks ago already, Im still waiting to this day to get an answer from support, I also have around 10k on my poker account there. Any help would be appreciated please

Not saying this has anything to do with your issues, but using a seating script is against the rules.

Trying to mask your true location by using a VPN to play on other sites that you're not allowed to might have also been an issue.

Thanks, unfortunately it won't really help to post names. I have posted multiple videos of scripters in action and none of them were disciplined it seems. Marty21 was definitely captured in my videos months ago scripting shamelessly. I quit the site for a few months after realizing how many bots and scripters they were allowing. I came back this past week and sat at some 100-500nl games again and sure enough, insta-seating by scripters still in full effect.
