I got an adjustment today. Took 5 days. I guessing since it happened to multiple tourneys each with hundreds of players to adjust its taking some time.

Not sure how long I will be able to get these as they seem to have a exclusion sort of setting where they can start ignoring me (and presumably good players/regs they also exclude). noticed some of them making this adjustment pretty fast when I sit then don't play.

aren't scripts against TOS? seems easy ban to me.

Betonline released a statement about the VIP points program over 6 months ago, I have posted it on the forum on multiple occasions.

Recently the points were removed (asked for by quite a few in the forum) but had been unusable for quite some time.

I have been told that soon lots of promotions and bonuses schemes, possibly "rake back" promos will be replacing the old "points" system.

I do not want to promise too much, as I have learnt the hard way.

Rest assured the Betonline poker team along with the security team are working really hard at the moment to kick on and make Betonline continue to grow exponentially.

Mike, when you say things like "I have posted it multiple times so far in this thread" - as if you expect random readers/posters to read all posts - and at the same time you totally ignore multiple questions that were directed specifically at you that were asked just within the last 2 to 3 pages, it looks bad for you.

I find the humor in the few seconds where you're figuring out which seat to choose to sit in like a game show...the mouse slows down like a ticker than you sit and bam the table fills up.

Oh that makes sense. They removed the points because we asked for it.

Thanks lol. It's about showing some time passing i.e. that the table is in a dead state (not playing or filling) and that the footage is not paused before I click. then showing how it will completely fill in a matter of seconds once I click.

We understand that there has been some speculation and frustration as to why we have chosen to change our VIP Points scheme back in August, 2019 . While the system seemed to serve its purpose in the past, as we have grown, we found ourselves in the position where it began to limit our growth potential in terms of tournament offerings.

BetOnline is always looking for ways to offer a better experience to our users, and when it comes to poker, we look to offer our players some of the biggest tournaments online. To continue to grow our prize pools, we chose to update our VIP rewards so that regular players would still benefit, but the community as a whole would benefit with the increase in new tournaments and prize pools.

Since then we released a new tournament schedule in September, 2019 that included new structures, more guaranteed tournaments and hundreds of thousands in additional guaranteed prizes every week. Our Sunday $60,000 Main Event has now been increased to $75,000 and we also offer a monthly $100,000 guaranteed tournament on the last Sunday of the month.

To this day, players still have access to their VIP points, and while they might feel they have been limited as to how they can use them, we assure you that a new structure will be announced soon. Our goal is to expand upon this model with the help of your valuable feedback.

I personally agree and have been trying to push a supernova elite style program ever since I joined Betonline. I used to play the beast back in the day and I think it was the main catapult that helped acr grow to what it is today.

I know I messed up by promising the new program, I was eager to start well with the forum and thought that the meetings/plans being talked about would be quickly implemented. I live and learn.

We would love some realistic ideas on the vip program or ways to improve this situation for players like yourself.
I understand your frustration at BOL and more so me. However we are here trying to make Betonline a great poker client, using feedback and research from our customers.

This is what I tell my girlfriend after I beat her. That if she cleaned the kitchen correctly and didn't dry my clothes on high or jesus ****ing christ if she stopped cutting my sandwich diagonally then I would have no reason to continue beating her.

People need to learn when things are their fault.

Mike is a real man, he knows this truth better than anyone.

1) Don't lie or make false promises to your regulars
2) Continue to fight the bots and take action when they are reported including refunds
3) Continue to monitor and enforce no seat scripting
4) I actually don't want anything like SuperNova Elite or the The Beast. They just attract the wrong kind of players - volume grinders, teams, and bots. It does little for the recreational player or the low volume serious player.
5) Instead offer reload bonuses, tournament entries, rewards for playing x days per month (incentives logging in and playing but not necessarily grinding all the time)
6) slightly more time to act would be nice.

That's all I can think of for now. To not be totally negative, I have heard of some bots being banned or disappearing for whatever reason, and I have always received my cashouts very quickly.

I also apologised for jumping the gun and promising you the new program early. The communication from Betonline was not the best regarding this topic, and I tried to give you guys inside info that backfired.

I would also like to remind you again that this is a public forum, admitting felonies and making accusations whether they be satirical comedy or not could be used as evidence.

Everybody can clearly see the recent efforts and hard work that Betonline are making to improve all areas. The purges and tightened security, reimbursed funds, it will take time to improve all areas but rest assured we are working on everything.
I can promise the next 6 months will be extremely exciting, new promotions, bonuses, new tournaments and hopefully a few series that will be competing with some of our largest competitors.
