He was using wifi and also internet providers do suck since covid and sometimes you are not able to connect to some servers while able to communicate with some others, I don't know exactly how it works, but I had this happen a few times since the Chinaflu hit Europe
So since the problem was very, very likely on his site if they would pay out the jackpot in hindsight they would face two problems:
1.) I have reason to believe that BOL doesn't have the best programmers. Having the BBJ go off in hindsight might be a challange and leave them open to a lot of bugs in the future.
2.)A lot of people play there because of the BBJ and they all would be upset if the amount got lowered in hindsight and probably feel scammed too. It is impossible to make everyone happy here.
However not doing anything is pretty -EV for them in my opinion. If I the BOL management and didn't want to pay it out for said reasons, I would've probably offered Devo 5 or 10k if he won't mention it anymore, since the damages this will bring are going to be more for certain.
The problem was NOT on his side. He posted a 2nd video showing how it looks when he loses internet connection and disconnects.
And it doesn't not match up with how it looks during the bbj hand. They deliberately ftoze him from being able to act, mucked his hand, then immediately "reconnected" him to the game once his cards were folded.
Blatant theft.
