The security department do not rely on players, but it certainly helps a great amount. You guys have hours and hours of stats and info on accounts before we even know which account we are looking for.
Yes we have measures that alert us when you are using prohibited software whilst connected to our client.
People using prohibited software may be able to by pass some of these security measures and then it becomes really important for the community to help us.
Part of the reason we are always asking for information, is because it should also act as a deterrent.
