Yep. The tables would still fill up quickly at the higher stakes.
The problem with the seating scripts situation right now is that there is a group of players who are gaining an unfair advantage while going unpunished whereas the majority of players are forced to camp or play tougher short-handed games with a high rake to do so just to get the same opportunity as the seating script users. With proper enforcement of a prohibited seating script rule everybody else would have a better opportunity to sit at the tables that begin to fill.
On the other hand, a poker network is completely free to allow seating scripts if they don't care to, or can't, enforce the ban. There are other networks which don't prohibit their use. Even Stars only recently prohibited them after allowing their use for many years.
The biggest problem is that there isn't a section in their rules page which clearly outlines whether seating scripts are prohibited or not. Some players have received notice that their use is prohibited via email.
The other big problem is it's clear that if they do have a desire to prohibit their use that it's being enforced rather poorly. Either the players still using seating scripts haven't received any notice to stop using them or they have received notice and have decided to disregard it and have gone unpunished so far.
They need to make it clear whether they intend to prohibit the use of seating scripts and, if so, then properly enforce the rule.

I'd say that's a positive development based on the negative feedback seen in this forum, at least until the situation is thoroughly investigated. Thanks for the update!

RNG = Random Number Generator
Every site has one and some work slightly differently than others, but the goal is the same.
Several sites get their RNG certified by an independent 3rd party which will test the randomness of the shuffle over very large samples.
There are also ways you can get a good idea for yourself if everything's on the up-and-up if you have a very large sample of hands from one site in a database.

I hope that one of the reasons ISN'T that you guys are avoiding refunding players the money he stole from us. People should absolutely receive refunds if is banned.
Although I'm sure we will never hear the results of whatever investigation led to his ban, Ninzent deserves a huge thanks for putting in tireless effort and being extremely vocal about bloodywolf in the thread.
It's reassuring to know some effort is going to preserving the integrity of the games.
Almost certainly suspended based on his recent disappearance, but only time will tell if he was actually banned. I doubt we'll see a public statement about it.
