No doubt,some bots have been playing here for 3+ years and support was notified about them thousands of times durihg this time.

You can run a bot, just don't have pio installed on your comp...

I dont have any problems making money on bol. I don't even turn on my holdem manager anymore. the players are not very good. There is a few bots but they aren't very good ones. Its not like your playing libratus or something.

It's a total waste of time to contact them about anything. I've complained so many times about seat scripters and table blockers. The only response you get is "this will be forwarded to the security team."

This aforementioned "security team", I have to say I'm very skeptical of it's existence.

I think Mike got fired. He told me 5 weeks ago that he will get answers why they are closing winning accounts from my country which is not on the restricted countrys list and other accounts remain active. Of course it is very hard to give an answer, but they could at least say that they do this to maintain their bussines long term and because they cater for recreational players, just like they wrote in the emails.

It's best to think of Mike as only the guy who announces promos or changes to the MTT schedule and nothing more.

He hasn't done anything of substance (or been given the power to do anything) for months. VIP points is one of the most pressing matters and they've been "in meetings" for 5-6 months while barely updating the players at all. The new security team which Mike boasted was "10x stronger" or some goofy claim hasn't done anything for 2 months even though a player is running around using illegal software in the biggest games on the site and is obvious to basically every other reg in those games. Not the mention the bots that are still rampant in PLO (can't speak to NLHE as I don't play it). Even very easy tasks like giving players an updated list of permitted/prohibited software is too much of a mountain to climb.

I'm grateful that cashouts have remained among the best in the business, but as others have mentioned, there aren't too many bright spots other than that.

So he'll pop in just to announce basic site changes or answer any softballs thrown his way, but 75% of the time either ignores the question outright or says he'll get back to us and never does.

Yes the poker team and I have been working hard and we have already implemented many ideas from you guys in the forum.

The VIP points program as I have said on countless occasions will be changed and you WILL be able to use the points.

I know that our communication was awful regarding the VIP points and I am sorry for this.

I can not give you a different answer to the same questions unfortunately, because the answer is the same.
When I am informed of anything regarding these matters, I instantly post on the forums or send private messages to inform all parties involved.

I personally collected data from all who have sent me information on table scripting and accounts using prohibited software. I put this into a report which I know is being investigated.

I obviously will not bother responding to trolls.

Given an investigation can't take 2 months it seems like you came to the conclusion that everyone who plays with him is wrong and he is not using a realtime solver?
It seems like its the case but I would like you to confirm it.

So Mike what did they tell you why are they banning winning accounts with made up reasons and letting other accounts be active? Did they tell you that this is how the company will survive long term? Did they tell you how much they cater for recreational players? Did they tell you that certain accounts from certain country has to be banned because it is bad for their poker environment? Did they tell you that the restricted country list will be updated anytime soon? Mike please, answer my PM and let me know why they are closing winning accounts and letting other accounts be active.
