Seems to me the bots should be exploitable. They just never tilt, so of course they crush it at the micro stakes.

Anyone else having their cash games automatically close on them when they click sit out? It happened a few days ago and now it happen again today. Playing $100 NLH BBJ tables.
BTW any news on when we can spend our VIP points? Seems real shitty that we can't use VIP points. I have 400,000 points.

So obviously this site has big problems with bots and people using seating scripts... yet they have locked my account now for having piosolver on my device. Ive probably had it open while playing sometimes from studying before playing but i don't use it actively while playing, it would basically be impossible even if I wanted to. Its just funny this what they focus on not all the other problems they have

Did they send you warning emails? They sent me two (even though I'd never used it while playing), and because I was scared of having my balance seized I uninstalled it.

I agree that it's completely ridiculous - maybe if they didn't send you the warning emails, you could email them and say that it's unfair that you didn't get a warning? Just an idea

They took the ability to use the points away without any notice. I wonder how much money they stole from their customers? What do you guys think, how much money in total points was stolen from the players? 75k, 100k?

Yeah they actually sent me three warning emails but I never saw them until now so that part is my own fault. They said now they will give me my account back once I have deleted piosolver. So im trying to find out if I actually have to full on delete it or just make sure its never open while playing.

There has been a minor update so if you think there are fully automated bots in your games take notes of suspicious people who have been around every day and are missing today

Update didn't affect the bots, or at least not all of them. The regular bot crew is still playing PLO.

I can't remember the last update which resulted in a significant absence of the most common NLHE cash game bots. That used to happen a lot more often. The bots have been seen on the same day as updates for a while now.

I only took a brief look, but there doesn't appear to be an overwhelming amount of the 100NL or 200NL bots on at the moment, but there are a couple around.

Just logged on real quick, haven't played in over a week. Playing more on Poker stars now and 888 poker. Both take care of the bot problem.

There were 3 bots spread around 6 tables, a few tables with 2 out of the 3 bots. Doesn't really tell you anything, really. The bots are so badly infested that even if you take care of some of them you'll still have 2 bots at most tables LMAO.

hello . why there is no 10/20 No limit Holdem table in lobby?

Where did the 10/20 tables go? Getting rid of them wouldn't even make sense given how there was a constant regwar going on

Hey I noticed the 'star' that shows next to a game in the lobby indicating that a table is BBJ eligible is gone for all the .50/1 games. But then when I open up the table it says it's a "Bad Beat Jackpot" game at the top of the window.

Is this just a glitch or has BetOnline removed all .50/1 games from being a part of the BBJ?

I still see the star next to the BBJ tables. Can you see it now? Did they forget to add it and then add it back sometime throughout the day?

Mike, I provided you way more evidence than ever needed to show some of the bots that have been known for YEARS.

SuDDeN is still not banned. It's been more than a month. You sent me multiple private messages saying you are having "meetings every Friday"

You said there is nobody that you know that doesn't want to fix the bot problem.

Why is SuDDeN still allowed to play?

This is like tetris at level 1. It's impossible to fail, impossible to screw up. And yet here we are, being told things are going to be done and yet Sportsbetting is failing lvl 1 tetris week after week.

I was extremely patient because I believed you in our private messages.

I can only but assume the proposition I put forward privately has been denied so what else should I do except publicly continue bringing their failures to light? By allowing SuDDeN to continue playing, the company is knowingly and willingly allowing illegal software to be used to steal players money.

Mike, it's not a security-related question. Losing 10/20 is a pretty big deal for a lot of players, can we at least get some sort of explanation for why this happened, and if it is going to be a permanent change?
