you guys need to pause all tournaments. blinds are going up and we are seeing 4 hands a level. this is for real money. not play money. PAUSE THE TOURNAMENTS!

Maybe just cancel the 10K insanity and maybe the otehrs will run smoothly?

I don't usually play MTTs, but would play any big PLO MTTs that run.

Just pick an entrant at random, give them the 10k, and cancel the damn thing. I'm sure they're losing way more than 10k with almost the rest of the site being crashed.

Deep in the 15k, and its completely messing up the tournament. Turning it into a hyper turbo...

I was able to play one hand now after an hour. Super short because blnds increased during the hour we couldn't play. Essentially busting because of BOL's servers. Cancel and refund. I know it's only $10 (10 entries), but I expect a refund.

Still in INSANITY with 7 of my 9 entries, but I'm logging off. This is crazy. Saw literally 1 hand the entire last hour!! Hoping to see a refund tomorrow BOL

So the mega lag is because of that 1$ promo mtt thing ? This is sad how much people where in that thing to make the whole thing crash ?

pathetic that they can't handle such a modest increase. I wonder how many more people were logged on compared to a typical Sunday. With less than 3k entrants, I'd assume there weren't more than 1500 extra unique players.

I was hoping Mike could confirm refunds are incoming I'm tired of sitting in front of tables, not getting dealt a hand, and the whole site is unplayable. I'll just assume refunds are coming...

Unfortunately we were not prepared to have that many players registered in a single tournament. This created an issue with the server performance, so we have had to cancel and refund the players.

We are running a 15k regular freeroll Sunday next week for all the players registered in the dollar insanity.

Yesterday was the first time that I have ever had an issue with BOL. I woke up this morning to see my buyins refunded in full. Thanks you Mike for doing me a solid. BOL does care about their players and in my opinion has the best customer support of an other US option by far. I will continue to play everyday on BOL. BTW all my crypto withdrawals have been seamless and money in my crypto wallet within 24 hours every time. Once again thanks Mike your a solid dude.

i won a seat to the shark week $10k but my chip count in the lobby is just 3,000. will it update eventually to 9,000?

Can we no longer use VIP points to buy in to tournaments? I am no longer seeing the option when I go to register. If this is the case, what can they be used for? I have been saving them for a while now, thanks.

The 1500 gtd $22 cancelled today with 9 players needing 10 to run, and with 8 the day before. Can you please lower the number of players, even if it means lowering the guarantee? It will 100% reach it if you lower the number but the way it is now the site is missing out on rake and it's a frustrating experience for the players.

Hello, anyone who reads this. I have been playing poker for 17 years now online and live. I've dealt poker in three different poker rooms for 10 years. I can't say I've seen it all, because even 10 years into work I see new stuff everyday.

This is strictly about online poker and mainly Bet Online poker. I played on Americas Cardroom for years, even BlackChip and True poker to get extra seats at a sit n go or tournament. I started to, because I felt like it was being done to me and It was and IT was Proven.

Betonline I started 2018 May. I struggled at first but then caught myself and eventually ran into small profit. Until that is the Dollar insanity, which originally was a $1 winner take all $10K payout. It was multi-entry and a complete mess. The next week they revamped it so it wasn't multi-entry and it was $15k to first place only. First who here believes that the house would pay out $15K to one person when there was actually only about $5k in the prizepool? Correct you shouldn't believe this. In fact during that week period many new accounts open. There player pool almost doubled. Thats great if they were all human beings like me and you.

I will post more with evidence and there is so much, yesterday for instance in a $3 rebuy i was chip leader 1 hour before add-on. Now I've spewed my chip lead in the past no doubt, but I learned. Yesterday I got the chip lead and they sent me to another table not a blind either table didn't close. At this table for one hour I won One hand and was consistently set up. The best example is im the small blind with kj offsuit the button min raises, which was standard for them. The big blind was TIGHT like a NIT. They called as well 3 players to the flop of AJ10 Rainbow no clubs. No clubs is important. I check my KJ, the big blind SHOVES all in 20k into 6k pot! The button snaps I fold. The button drumroll please ACES. Hmmm the Big Blind 107 of clubs. Yes bottom pair no draw tight player shoving into that hand....thats not all the very next hand, to my right min raise and now the NIT shoves rest of stack 8k, and the min raise ACES previous hand before folds. Suspicious I think so.

Why not show the evidence first? How shocking is it that bad play was rewarded? Mist be completely unique to BOL, right? Also, it probably never happens that someone that has an hour or two of very good run has an hour or two of bad run or being card dead. Triton probably rigged it against Perkins day 1 when he said he was card dead the entire day, then they rigged it for him and he was CL after day 2.
