yeah a few pko's in the 20-30 range during the day would probably smash their guarantees. also not sure what camp i'm in but the deep 5ks are easily the best-structured tournaments you have (besides r/a's). i'd much rather see more of those with lower gtds than these crapshoot 10k birds you're running.

it might be counterintuitive but more starting chips = shallower stacks at the end. even your 7.5k megas are better than the 10k. i do appreciate your software and cashout speeds tho

I don't know if this is the best place to put this, but you guys need to fix your tourney errors. It's the worst I've seen on any site. You have tourneys labels turbo that have 10 min blinds and vice versa. #59 PLO Bounty event isn't even actually a bounty. I'm pretty critical about it, it shouldn't take much effort to make sure that stuff is accurate. Pretty slim on events also IMO.

Hey Mike what happened to the $115 40K (or is it 60K) Guaranteed tourney that was scheduled for 6PM EST on Sunday? Was it removed from the schedule or cancelled due to not enough players? Was looking to register it but couldn't find in the lobby.

so this epic 4th of july tourney is not going to run phase 2 now because only 38 are making it and it needs 45 to run. can this be looked into within the next 20 min?

Well it got cancel after taking 10 phase 1 $22 , and getting 625 player to buy in . They overlay of $7187 . and cancel the phase 2 , while we dont get any icm chop of the 20k gtd . this is scandalous

Welp, looks like this was cancelled. I hope BetOnline pays players out using ICM at the very least. Super frustrating to invest 4.5 hours into this tourney and not see Day 2 run. If they started this 1 hour later with 1 more flight they wouldve made the minimum players :/

There def needs to be an ICM chop, or to rerun the event next weekend, but really the ICM chop makes most sense.

Thanks Mike. I would suggest adding an extra flight on the day of the Day 2 tournament in the future and pushing back the Day 2 start time by a couple hours - think we would've easily hit the minimum players if there was another turbo flight at noon and if Day 2 started at 230PM EST.

Another random suggestion for future events:

Maybe make the day 2 event show up under ALL buyin filters? I usually keep my buyin filter to show only $30+ events and had no idea this was even a thing until I randomly logged on through mobile on Saturday. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a lot of regs who had no idea this tournament event happened...
