Thanks for the update and for acknowledging the lack of communication about the change in advance. If the changes are for the better and coming pretty soon, as you mention, then it probably isn't too big of a deal to have to wait to use them. Hopefully impending changes can be communicated to all players a little better in the future.

Is there any way to slow the animation on the replay? Or to actually see the hole cards? Why is the replay so messed up in the update?

(The amount of profits includes mtts and sitngoes i think and the ranks includes only scheduled mtts)

Mike - Any update on when we'll be able to use the VIP points again? It's been almost a month with little to no communication with the player pool as to what the plan is. These comp money free rolls are kind of worthless comparatively.

New schedule makes night sessions virtually unplayable for 9 max players only two good value mtts the 11r and 11 3k there used to be 5-7

Network is down yet again, this is getting absurd.

first of all its very nice to see u guys improving the micros. Very nice setup now.
As a mid-highstakes player, its not great to see what u doing to the higher stakes..
All the mtts covered the gtd prize pools by far.. the 109r , 55r 15, 55r 6.5k , it's unreal that u guys dismissed those.. all the guys laying those, will go away from the site. if u want to have micro grinders, it's ok, but for us, theres totally no point to keep playing at your site.

U can obv keep the GOOD changes, to micros.. but pls.. bring back the other mtts.
You can add tons and still got traffic.. something like.. bring 22 33 and 44r instead of the 109r if u want during the week . all the guys who played the 109r will play all of them for sure. bring the 55rs back or make it a daily main event and daily mini main event. 5r for the micros, 55r 17.5k or 20k for the other guys.
It's interesting to have the 4 or 5k turbo at the end of the night, with freezout structure, but u can also add something like 3k hyper 33$ and then 22 and 5.5 hypers too .
Ppl used to like playing at your site but u need to understand that i will not open the room to play one or 2 mtts per day there.
Hope u take some info in consideration.

I totally agree with Henrique,the changes are very good and it was perfect until you removed the most important tournaments,first the 6,5k rebuy($55) and then the 15k rebuy($55) and the 10k rebuy($109)
All of these tours had covered prize pools all the time so it doesnt make sense to remove them..there were five tours with 50+ buy in and now there are only two,so you are going to lose many players playing these stakes..
I talked to many pros (top grinders in chico)in discord or skype and they told me how disappointed they are..some of them hoped the exact opposite,to increase the number of $50+ tours instead of reducing it..

Yup, plus one to the above comments. I am happy they are trying to bring in more micros, but it seems like they "improved" the structure without much regard for mid to high stakes players.

More $22, $33, $44, $55, $66, etc. would be awesome.

I play 3rs-10rs and 5.50fo-33fo and i hate the new schedule. So its not just you midstakes and hs guys that dont like the new changes.

This site was so much better about 6 weeks ago than it is now (back when we could use player points to buyin, rebuy tournaments gave you 5k per rebuy, and just overall the structures felt better/deeper). Im going to start playing more ignition and acr (gulp) as a result. Its a shame but ill just have to adapt and move on.

+1 These were all meeting guarantees and traffic will likely go up in the fall

well done to betonline that they listen to their customers,sure recipe for success..the schedule seems good,a couple of little changes that i would make would be to bring back the 15k gtd again(a tour that always had covered prizepool)as the main event of the day and change the starting stacks of the 109 tours..i would make the freezout deepstack and the rebuy as it was previously..its not so nice to play a 10$ megastack at the same time with a $109 with mini starting stack you know..
maybe you should add in the future bounty tours with bigger guaranteed prizepools like 5k or 10k
