I received an email:

"Good day,
We recently detected that you have been using a prohibited 3rd party software while playing on the poker client.
In the interests of security and to protect the integrity of the game, we do not permit the use of automated software applications at Sportsbetting. We therefore, respectfully request that you remove this technology from your operating system immediately.
If we find that you fail to comply with this request and continue to use the prohibited software despite our warning, we will be forced to take the appropriate action in accordance with our Fair Play Policy. This requires that we close your account, confiscate all funds, and impose a permanent ban from playing at Sportsbetting and all network sites.
Should you wish to continue playing with us, simply act now and uninstall the prohibited software.
We will continue to monitor your online poker activity.
The Sportsbetting Fraud Team"

I realize you are not sportsbetting.ag, but presumably have the same policies.
I am wondering with which poker software I have offended so much as to merit the email?
Was it CREVbeta, DRIVEHUD, flopzilla, omaha indicator, pokertracker 4, or tournament indicator?

I dutifully uninstalled all of them, just in case they all offend. But if any of them are not prohibited, I'd like to reinstall the allowed ones.

Could you please ask the software support team to address the issue where you autopost the big blind in early position if you're sat at an early position after waiting on a wait list in the cash games. I have Wait for Big/Over Blind selected in my Options and for whatever reason this scenario overrides that selection.

Please ask the software support team to address this glitch at their earliest convenience. Thanks!

I agree about the auto-posting of the blinds as well.
Also, it would be helpful to have a "Run it twice" option, e.g. for the PLO cash game tables.

we will be looking into updating many options including "run it twice" and we have plans to incorporate all of these very soon.

When you go to un-register from SNG's, It just asks you to register like you never bought in. You have to clicked on the tourney lobby to un-register from the games. The status never changes.

Bring back the rake pot or something in cash. Little shady hiding what part of the rake was taken in cash games.

As far as a software suggestion, I would love to see an option where you can select FELT COLORS for each individual table.

For example:
If i am playing a cash game, I can change the felt to Orange, while on another table I'm playing a NLH tournament I can set the felt color to Purple
(Or another customer color)

I would love this to be an option in the future so I can easily determine which game is which if I have multiple tables open.

The reason i call it shady is: there is no way to tell what the raked pot is...least that i'm aware of. I don't see any logical reason they took it out of cash tables, other than to hide it. I'm sure the % is on the website but it should be pretty clear while playing. It would be a little diff if they had it in the HH, i don't even see it there.

+1 to spending points on more than is now (some portion of the mtts)
Would be great to be able to buy-in with points in SNGs or WINDFALLSs or even more MTTs
Also would be great to have some kinda VIP-level based or Points based monthly freerolls or tickets to the monthly tournaments

Double edged sword I guess. They should have some real VIP Incentives, but that would bring in more sharks hehe.

What do you I need to do to fix this? Is it windows defender that's closing it? The hud?

Seems like BetOnline is closing whenever I try to use Table Tamer with it. I wouldn't really think of TT as an "automated software application" but would love to hear some clarification from Mike.

I had to stop using drivehud in order to get mine to work. If I even start dh while the client is running, it crashes (the bol client).

I'm guessing the HUD or whatever 3rd party software you're using requires an update to function alongside the client.
